I've never had such a great experience buying a car. Salesman, James Taylor and his manager Tracy Throne were so patient, professional and helpful. Sofia Faussette, CFS Director was great. Service was great lots of information was given, friendly overall. They worked to where my monthly payments that I had asked for and very professional and patient.

Working out a purchase was fast and fair. My first online auto purchase went without any late surprises. The car was as promised and ready to go.

Svc manager met me exactly on time. Waiting area was most comfortable I ever experienced and attendee very courteous and helpful. Vehicle promised in 1-1.5 hours and again, completed exactly as promised.

Every time I get my Subaru serviced here the communication is excellent. The time of the service is quick and I’m always offered a better discount than the one I got in the mail. Top notch!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, specifically with a salesperson named TJ. He was calling and messaging me all week pushing a specific car, and we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and see it. When I showed up, there was zero communication from him. No heads-up, no explanation, nothing. He already knew the car had been sold to someone else and still let me come in wasting my time. That’s extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. If you’re going to aggressively follow up and pressure someone all week, the least you can do is communicate honestly. This experience alone makes me question how this dealership operates overall. I would not recommend working with TJ based on this experience.
