I had a very disappointing experience with this
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, specifically with a salesperson named TJ. He was calling and messaging me all week pushing a specific car, and we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and see it. When I showed up, there was zero communication from him. No heads-up, no explanation, nothing. He already knew the car had been sold to someone else and still let me come in wasting my time. That’s extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. If you’re going to aggressively follow up and pressure someone all week, the least you can do is communicate honestly. This experience alone makes me question how this dealership operates overall. I would not recommend working with TJ based on this experience.
