Excellent service

Customer service was excellent. Wendell was very enthusiastic and patient with me as i was undecisive about my next purchase. However he made me very happy with my 2017 Cruz. I will be recommending others to come see him!!

Outstanding!

I walked in expecting to purchase a used vehicle but walked out with a brand new one! I had shopped around for a few months so I knew the price they quoted me was unmatched. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Wendell Gover. He went above and beyond to make sure he found exactly what I wanted with all the features I was looking for. Great experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend!

Great experience!

Thad and the team at Edwards Downtown were awesome! I had been shopping for a vehicle for months. My experience with Edwards was excellent! Fast, easy, and to the point thanks to Thad and the staff! The price was great and they didn't add any extra hidden fees. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic!

I wasn't expecting to get what I wanted at a reasonable price but I'm happy I came here. I really or taken care of from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with me new car. Great service!

Nothing but a lemon

I came on looking to purchase a great car. My first time purchasing a car on my own, I trusted a family friend who worked at this facility. It was totally my fault, so excited to have a new car in addition with trust got me a preowned, certified lemon. The first thing I noticed were the marks where the car had been hit, asked about it and he told me it was scratch and gave me paint. Then every other issue I called about he sent me to voicemail. Now I have transmission issues and the motor is knocking and no warranty. I will NEVER use this company again. I went with my dad years ago and Manuel Chaney was amazing so I went back on my on. Unfortunately Terrance Wray is no Manuel Chaney and I got screwed royally.

Great Service

The friendliness and quickness of the service I received. I got greeted from the time I stepped out of my vehicle. I was told to ask for a certain service man and it was like he was sitting there waiting on me to arrive. He immediately printed my papers up, I signed forms, gave him the keys and went to the waiting area. Before I could sit and get comfortable my car was finish and they where calling my name..That's great customer service.

Great manager

Mr Wray was the best manager I've encountered at a dealership. He was involved throughout the process and kept me informed on what was going on. He made sure I was taken care of properly from beginning to end. He made sure everything that he said would get done did from gas to making sure I got an appt for my sunroof. Great team!!!!

Excellent Attentive Service

Scott made sure that the service I needed for my car was achieved. He also kept me up to date on what was happening, and periodically checked on me. Excellent service!!!!!!!
