    I purchased a vehicle from Pollard Friendly Ford in February of 2019 and in April there was a hail storm that cause damage to where this vehicle was considered... a total loss from my insurance company. While dealing with this I spoke with the bank (Amarillo National Bank in Lubbock) and was informed that I would need to cancel my "extended warranty" which I knew nothing about and was not informed of at the time of purchasing this vehicle. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with Richard McDaniel- he told me that I needed to email him a statement of total loss from the insurance company and my address to forward the check from the warranty company. Richard did inform me that it would take 4-6 weeks before I got my check and didn't seem thrilled that it would be getting cancelled. I spoke with him on 05/18/2019 at which time I immediately sent the required documents, so over the next 3 weeks I called Richard several times and left 2 voicemails. 1 month passes and I decide to call to the warranty company to check if the policy had been cancelled. No they inform me that it is still ACTIVE and there have been no attempts to cancel it at that time. I call Pollard Friendly Ford and leave a message for the dealerships General Manager Tyler Terry, he called me back the same day (which seemed at the time promising) Tyler told me that he was sorry that he would speak with Richard and that due to the situation that he would see about expediting the refund of the warranty. Today 06/21/2019 (2 months after the car was deemed a total loss) I myself spoke with the warranty company and had to go back and forth with emailing documents and submitting forms I FINALLY got the policy cancelled and they are now issuing a refund check to the dealership. The people at this dealership all the way up to the General Manager are a joke and a nightmare to deal with, they lie and do not follow through with what they say if it is going to cost them their commission. They should call them "Pollard UN-Friendly Ford" because of the lack of care and lack of customer service that they offer- they only care about the almighty dollar and if you are no longer a profit for them they discount you completely and toss you aside because they need to focus on their next victim! DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, you will regret it and also in the long run pay $$

    Lawson and I came to an understanding and he went to work and was able to get all of my needs met in a timely manner. I bought from Pollard 7 years ago,... and they are just as good now as they were then.

    Pollard Ford has been nothing but excellent when helping me look for my perfect car. Matt Slocum listened to my thoughts and suggestions and found my dream... car. Love Pollard Ford!

    My sister purchased a used Ford F150 from Pollard Friendly Ford with a cracked windshield. 11/05/2014 I took it back to Pollard Friendly Ford for the windshield... replacement promised by her salesman Shy due to the windshield having a large crack at the time of purchase. When I asked the gentleman completing the repair why the F150 logo wasn't on the replacement windshield he stated, "This is the windshield they (Ford) always orders because it's $200.00 or so cheaper. When I asked Shy why the F150 logo was not on the windshield like the one taken off the vehicle he stated very rudely. "I told her I'd get her a brand new windshield and that's what I'm doing unless she wants to stay with the cracked one." I contacted my sister informing her of the situation where she in turn called Shy. I have never had a salesman to be so rude. I was thinking about coming to Pollard to buy a truck but after what I encountered, Pollard will not get my business. A customer should never be treated like I was today. The Friendly needs to be taken out because none of the salesmen possessed a warm or friendly face. The environment was not friendly at all. I wasn't even offered to go inside and wait while the repair was being conducted. I had to ask Shy if that was the service waiting area. Very poor customer service.

    Needed the coolant in my air conditioner checked. Drove into service area at 2:30 Friday afternoon, waited about 15 minutes to be acknowledged. During... that time, 7 different employees walked into the service office. I know it was late in the day and at the weeks end, but I would have liked for someone to acknowledge my presence and offer service as soon as possible. Drove off and will not return.

    I went to this dealership to have my car serviced for 60,000 miles and expected to pay the $459. When I returned to pick up my car and questioned them... about paying I was told that it was covered by warrenty. I left and went home. Two days later I was called up by the GM Mike Edwards who had originally helped me and told that they were mistaken and I still needed to pay them the $459. He did not apologize for their mistake or offer to discount it. I will not be returning here.
