    I just bought a used car from this dealership today and I would give more than 5 starts if I could. Everyone was friendly, especially Geoff S. (Salesman) and Shetarrie (Finance director). They made it easy and very possible to get my dream car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. :)

    Jeff Suttle was a great sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to find what I wanted and in my price range we looked at several vehicles before my wife found what she wanted he always had an answer to my questions and did everything to help and make the buying process easy would definitely use him again

    Logan in the service department was awesome!! He gave me an estimate on future work I needed without me asking. He knew I was from out of town and would not get the work done there. But he said he wanted to give me something to compare against other dealerships. They called when the work was finished and I went picked up my vehicle. Great experience!

    Jeremy Safrin made our new car purchase so affordable, we not only bought one new Hyundai from him but within 6 months bought a second one as well. We researched new Hyundai prices from Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio and Jeremy beat all their prices! Not only did he beat their prices but he also gave us every rebate, and discount he could find in order to ensure we got more savings. Not only did he save us thousands, he was willing to send a guy to Dallas that night to get the Hyundai in the color we wanted. Jeremy was totally transparent about prices, additional features and their cost as well and kept us well within our budget. When our older car died on us, we went straight to Gene Messer Hyundai for a new Hyundai knowing that we would get the best price and service around. The finance process was hassle free and there was no pressure to purchase additional warranties or upgrades we didn't need. My family now has two new cars with 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranties for less than the price that some folks pay for one car.

    I would like to thank Jeremy and the finance staff for working hard to getting me approved for a vehicle. I spoke with Jeremy on Tuesday and by Wednesday I had a call I was approved not only for a vehicle but a brand new one with 6 miles on it. My credit isn't the best but they gave me a chance and I am thankful. This was all over the phone, I didn't have to sit around and wait for hours went in and signed papers and drived away. Thank you Jeremy!!!

    Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! Bought my very first new vehicle from this dealership! I have had experiences working with dealers before when my girlfriend was buying a car and honestly was dreading the prospect of talking with dealers for my own car. Out of all of the dealers I contacted, Gene Messer Hyundai was the only dealership who were upfront with me in regards to every question I had. My salesperson (Jeremy Safran) was very helpful and made the process incredibly easy, and more importantly, he actually made it fun. I spent weeks searching for the best deal I could find, and found one in Houston that was a few thousand dollars cheaper. I asked if they would be able to match this price since it was a much closer drive to Lubbock, and they not only agreed to match it, but they actually beat it! The next challenge was actually getting to the dealership because of my work schedule, so they offered to bring the car to me (roughly 120 miles away) at no charge! The finance team was great as well! Never once did they pressure me to buy any extra packages or warranties. They informed me of what they offered, and when I declined they left it at that. Overall I was very impressed with my experience at this dealership. I got a great deal on my 3.8L R-Spec Genesis Coupe, they brought it to me at not extra charge, and at no point throughout this entire process did I feel pressured or rushed. They were honest, straightforward, and actually made what I was expecting to be a miserable experience into a very enjoyable one! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new vehicle.

    Gene Messer Hyundai of Lubbock was great. My salesman was David Vargas. He was a pleasure to deal with and easy to get a hold of if needed. He was willing to communicate via email, text and phone when needed. He approached the deal from various angles and found something that would work. The price of the vehicle turned out to be higher priced than some competitors with similar vehicles. David had to go to his superiors to make the call but they not only met the price of the competitors but beat it. Once the deal was done they even drove the vehicle 2 1/2 hours to me. Give David Vargas a chance to earn your business and he will do it. I have no complaints and would happily return when im ready for another vehicle.

    I went in to look at a car, I spoke with Katrina, she is a very nice and awesome lady, she spoke to me the whole time I was looking at the cars, she was very polite, I bought a 2010 mustang convertible, and I can honestly say I LOVE MY CAR! which is how it is suppost to be, the next time that I buy a car when I start to have a family I will be going back to Katrina because with her I know I will be taken care of!
