WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!
Hey, words can’t explain the horrible customer service that I’ve been receiving from The Mitsubishi Morrow dealership. I had my car towed to this location on Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 for a diagnostic. That’s it! It is now Wednesday, June 1st, 2022 and I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY CAR! There’s literally been no communication unless I call. And I’ve been getting the run around for well over a week because on Friday, May, 27th, 2022, Tim told me they haven’t ran a diagnostic yet because their diagnostics machine broke. When we’re you going to tell me that? How is that my problem? Why am I just now knowing this after you guys having my car over 9 days at that point? I was under the impression that I was a priority and my car will atleast be diagnosed. This is hands down my worst experience ever with a car repair shop and dealership. No professionalism. No communication. Everyone sounds like they have an attitude when you call. I’m the customer and I haven’t been treated right. I should have the attitude! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I Purchased a 2015 Escalade from Heritage Cadillac about 2 months ago. I drove 2hrs to make this purchase. Only to get home to realize that the whole entire top of the car was faded and badly discolored. Called back to the salesman who sold me the car, within a reasonable time frame and discussed with the gentlemen the issues that I had with the car. Only to never here from him again….So I called to speak with the General manager and discussed with him my problem and he assured me that he’d look into the the problem. His Direct answer was that they had “preyed on you”!!! I’m quoting exactly what he said on the phone only to never hear from him again. My end result, resulted in the trade of the car and I took a nine thousand dollar loss in less than 60days based upon the condition of the car. My expectation of purchasing a vehicle from a reputable dealership has led me to be disappointed. I would highly suggest that anyone who’s making a preowned Cadillac purchase NOT to make it here!!

They were very nice and maybe ok for routine services like an oil change and tire rotation. But they failed at figuring out I needed brakes, therefore costing me more money. After being told they didn?t hear the squeaking I reported, that noise turned into a metal to metal scrubbing. This major miss caused me then need brakes and rotors!

Family atmosphere at heritage and very professiona
I've been buying my car from Heritage Cadillac since 1996, which adds up to eight cars.They have always treated me like family. You can get your free drinks & coffee. Nice lobby to wait in, while you get work done on your car. Staff is nice & professional.The last three cars I have had the best salesman at Heritage Steve Southern, he is honest, and know the cars he is selling. I have developed a great relationship with him. So if you want a good deal & someone to trust Steve is the man.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE
I leased a brand car from this location on 01/13/22. We agreed on the price and signed the contract with the price that was agreed. I also paid a $2000 USD downpayment as per our agreement. I received a call from the finance manager (Eric Taylor) a month later on 02/10/22 advising that they made a mistake on the contract and they need me to pay $90 USD more per month for the car due to a mistake they did and their finance company does not approve the rate. He also threatened me if I do not pay or bring back the car, they will send the police to my home. My lease is 407.99 USD / month, but they want me to pay $499 USD after a month. I already drove the car more than 700 miles. I also wanted to mention that 2 days before I leased the car, we agreed with their salesperson for the price, meaning I didn't just stop by and lease the car all of a sudden. All agreement made beforehand I drove 50 miles to their location. I tried to contact the finance company to pay the lease which was due on 02/13/22, but they advised that they do not have my record on their hand. The lease company name is Ally leasing. Because of this reason, It is overdue now. This is such a rip off what they are doing. I will also look for legal action if they do not want to resolve their issue.
