Be very leery about buying a used vehicle from them. Bought a 5 month old Acura that was told to me was in showroom condition and has major paintwork done The dealership won’t admit to it and the previous owner said they are covering it up. The GM has denied any assistance saying it’s factory but a body shop has proven otherwise. They should step up and take care of customers. The salesperson was fine and transaction was mostly smooth but this is what separates companies when they don’t stand behind a mistake they make. Move on to another dealer

We went to Allan Vilgil to look at the Ford Explorer for extra space and the Lincoln Corsair for its hybrid features. Our sales representative, Clyde listened to our needs for the vehicle and showed us a Lincoln Nautilus. This was not in our radar but it was the perfect balance of space, luxury features and it was a hybrid. After going home and doing our research we visited with Clyde a couple of days later and purchased the Black Label Nautilus. The purchasing/financing process went smoothly with Monty and we are now enjoying our new vehicle.

My name Is Christopher I came to the dealer for 3 different services and I was unhappy with the Service Guy Name Vincent he gave me a unpleasant look that I can't explain very unpleasant so I asked him what's wrong but I let it go me and Vincent went to my truck so I can show him the damage that they the mechanic and did and it wasn't there when I bought the truck there and I showed him the damage area on 1 side him he told me that that looked old with touch up paint on it from someone one from there put on my truck and I showed him the other side where the damage and showed that the mechanic had left the part loosen from when he took it off and had to replace and didn't tighten it back on Vincent had a problem with it meaning that it just need tighten so him told me that I needed to talked to Holly she take care things like that so I left came back the next day what is today so I talked to Holly and everything started off good she said she with take care if it and she did lord behold here we go again I am very disappointed in the Allan Vigil Ford in Morrow. I will never bring my truck r tell anyone to go to this place Holly came out to give me my truck and to me that the damage that was on my truck came from a rock and I dnt know how is that and someone put touch up paint it Wow Wow for real but she did git that paint and she said she did that for me for as painted that but that scratches came from the when the truck was painted before and that u can't scratches that deep never heard that before I talked to Jeff there and I get the same thing they r all working together now covered this unprofessional place never saw this n my life every time I have a problem never get a + here I will not let them fixed my dog a bath and think they dnt like BLACK MONEY

In the sales department Tylan Harris was my service advisor and he keep me updated on the status of my Lincoln Navigator L The work was completed on time and the Dealership also washed my vehicle. Tylan provided good customer service. He was friendly and expedient. I chose to wait for my oil change, which was a bit longer than usual for a Saturday morning. I received new wiper blades also,,it was easy using my Reward points. The waiting area was comfortable and clean.

I will leave a review on any website I need to in order to shed light on this particular location because this dealership has to be the WORST in the country along with these unreliable cars! the employees are even worse! 4 months and counting my car is STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD MY CAR SERVICED ANYWHERE BUT HERE! They mess up your car and act like they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation! If you have an issue, contact corporate because these people wit not assist you until you get their bosses involved! I’m warning you! NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE or GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!
