There were many inconsistencies while the dealer retained
There were many inconsistencies while the dealer retained my truck for warranty reasons, the necessary part was ordered urgently but once the part arrived 2 weeks before my truck being released the service advisors did not communicate it to me and on many occasions I had to call to see the status of my truck, since warranty approved a car loaner throughout the dealer they never contacted me to keep me informed of the availability of some car ,simply service advisors at this Gene messer Ford in Lubbock Tx location have very poor communication with customers .

We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!!
