Prompt Service

Team was professional and service was quick. I had an oil change and one week later, my oil light came back on. I recommend they make sure the oil light is reset before customers leave.

A very good car buying experience with Shelton

Shelton greeted us as we approached the building. He was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the process of buying a car to fit my needs and my pocketbook. He was calm, polite, informative, reassuring and a great sense of humor which was very much appreciated, when you are nervous purchasing a car. Jeep repairs great experience

Had a jeep that just shut off one day would not crank anymore ticket to the dealership Jason Kummer, camp us up-to-date on all the repairs and everything wrong gave us prices before they proceeded great experience dealing with the parts and service department

Purchasing Experience

My mom and I went in to purchase a truck. Devin was our sales associate and he was absolutely amazing! He was very attentive, welcomed all questions and comments, and walked us through the process from beginning to end and made the experience a very enjoyable one. We will absolutely work with him again in the future if needed and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Great Place- Purchase your Jeep Here!

Pricing was fantastic. The experience was easy in a way that it should be, and pleasant. My sales professional Kae Kae was great. (Sorry if I misspelled). Wes was fantastic as well, showing me the dealership, the service center, and even my new vehicle. A+ and definitely recommend. Love my Gladiator!

Ginn is the WORST!

By far the absolute worst car shopping experience I have ever had in 30 years! While the random auto emails and useless chat feature on their app is annoying enough (no questions answered only referral to a sales person) of particular disgust is the so-called sales manager, Wesley Nash. While never actually finishing college, Wesley has certainly learned his masters in playing the "shell-game" with prospective clients. Literally hiding vehicles and not offering any assistance to a bona-fide, qualified customer who seeks an advertised national special that will NOT benefit Wesley nor the dealership. Wesley was disrespectful, rude, assumptive, and unprofessional.. I would not recommend dealing with Wesley Nash nor Ginn Auto Group for any vehicle needs.

Smooth and easy process

I liked the positivity of the salesperson Khadijah Florence. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and car purchasing process. The process was not as long and grueling as I thought it would be.
