Jason is a customer oriented service professional. I am always impressed with his customer first attitude and follow through to the last detail. I have been returning to this dealership for service for the past 3 years, ever since I purchased my vehicle form them. The professional service has always been consistent.

I always go to Audi of North Scottsdale for any issue, big or small, that my Audi A4 has. My Service Advisor, Jason Brown, is knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He takes care of my vehicle and puts me at ease. The other Service Advisors are always available to help even when Jason is not around, including the Service Dept Manager Al Wynn. I highly recommend Audi of North Scottsdale.

The service has not been completed yet, but to this point the service advisor could not have been more helpful. He contacted our insurance company to inquire about coverage for the mechanical problems, kept in touch with me while I was waiting to find the results, and loaned me a car to use while my car is being repaired.

Excellent service and great ongoing relationship with the dealer - Tony Townsend. I have been impressed with their respnosiveness and ability to work with me on my terms and requirements. This is the second car I am buying from this dealer and will likely continue to come back. Highly recommended!

Jason Brown is one of the best Service Advisor I ever met, he is always helpful and his service will be one of the reason for me to go back with another Audi car in the future! I am also very pleased with Audi North Scottsdale's environment for customer, there is internet access as well as coffee and water ready for waiting custmers.

I own an Audi S4. Jason Brown is my service advisor. Not only does he always greet you with a smile, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the product he is advising on. I have dealt with him for a number of years, and each visit (whether routine or major) is a pleasure. The environment created in the service department is one of warmth -- they are always accommodating if you wait or need a loaner car. It is a laid back friendly culture that the entire dealership has adopted. I give Audi North Scottsdale my highest recommendation.

I have purchased 4 new cars from this dealership over the last 7 years. I have worked with Jason Brown the entire time I have been an Audi client, and I can say without a doubt that he always has the customers best interests at heart. He is an honest representation of what this dealership is about. Service visits are pleasant from the moment you sit with him until the moment the car is ready to go -- and he always greets you with a warm smile. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Baca as my sales agent (3 times now) and Tara Price for financing. They both take time to listen to your concerns. Tara streamlined the financing process and made it quick and enjoyable. There have been times at other dealerships that when you get into finance, the upsell kills the entire "joy and thrill" of buying a new car. Tara will not "RUIN" your new car buying experience. I have had the pleasure of knowing the entire staff over my time at Audi, from Mark all the way to the valet. They are partly the reason that I just purchased another car from them 3 weeks ago --- my favorite of all that I have owned. Car dealerships are never perfect, but Audi North Scottsdale is as close as you will find.

Dealer was cooperative in getting me in for 15K service - told Dan Darling on the phone what was to be done (nothing of consequence, good car) and he had the paper work and loaner car all ready to go for me when I arrived. Service was performed on time, & on pickup they reviewed with me what was performed. Very sastisfactory. My first Audi, pleasant experience from the time I walked in over a yr ago - thru sales & service.

Al Rizzo is always upbeat and personal in his service delivery, asking about our family and bending over backwards to offer any other assistance needed. He telephones back to us in the time he stated and at our last visit informed us that our warranty still covered one of the parts needed on our vehicle which required a few more days for the part to be delivered. He made certain that we had a loaner vehicle for those days. We had a coupon for brake service about which I called him and he had the order written up to reflect this discount at the time I picked our Audi up.

Great to work with and both times I have been in they have taken care of all the care issues I had. People are friendly and make sure that things that are being fixed on my car are fully explained. I would recommend my service advisor and the dealership to others.
