    I went thinking that all I needed was a balance and rotation, but I had a serious recall and they took care of me without hesitation. There was hot coffee, water, and food for us to eat, they work quick and even clean your car I love them.

    Purchased two used vehicles at the end of August, 2016. One of the vehicles was reupholstered with new leather but did not come back with head rests for the back seats. Dealership was notified first of September. It's now mid-May and I still do not have head rests and cannot get anyone to call back. It's amazing that while you're in the buying process you can get anyone to return calls but now that I'm paying on them everyone disappears. Very unhappy with the way I've been treated.

    I came in for an oil change. Every time I come to this dealership for service I have never felt like my business was appreciated. Yesterday the actions of one of your service advisors proved that this dealership does not appreciate my business. After coming into speak with a service advisor about why I brought my car in I stood there patiently waiting as the two available wrapped up with what they were handling. By handling I mean the African American young man was completing a service ticket with the customer standing in front of him and the Caucasian woman was wrapping up a call with a service tech. Both employees acknowledged my presence by looking at me when I walked in the door. I stood right in front of the Caucasian woman as it sounded as if she was wrapping up her call. When she finished her call she put her head down to work on the paper work. While doing so another customer walked in. By this time I had been standing there for 10 minutes. When she looked up she preceded to ask the customer who had just walked in if she could help him. The African American service advisor noticed what had happened and so did another employee. They asked me if I wanted to go ahead and wait in the lobby and they would be in shortly to help. When bringing me my paperwork to sign the African American young man apologized for what had taken place. While with the service tech it was discovered I needed brakes and rotors. But due to the experiences I've had with this dealership I opted to travel to another county to have the work done. I refuse to spend my money in a business that does not value me as a customer. It was disheartening to see such behavior and I hope she is not the face and imagine that you all continue to allow.

    I've visited this ship on 2/2/17 ather a month long email/texting. Come we can get you finance. Made feel as if we had a deal.once I came in person the lies started poor in.1st my two trades wasn't what the people of ga.would want 2012 corvette and 2011 carmaro. Sales manager wouldn't even talk to me just wine up window in my face sad part was he was test driving my car went out one driveway into the other wow.I never felt so out place.     Droped of 2014 silverado 4 3 recalls and oil change 6 days latter picking up casher gave me keys no paper work not sure recalls were done it took me 20 min to find my truck oil change not done service said the person who wrote it up no longer employed ther ssid i could drop it of 4 oil change the general manager refused to talk to me r set am appoinnment via email harry so if it is servise u need u want find it there

    Ok, to finished. As I said in the previous review. I received a call about an hour later saying a monthly payment $11 and change, over the agreed amount earlier. I was disappointed again, that the amount had changed for the worse, when my conversation with Gary the evening before, I had requested to drop the price $10. More on the monthly note. Since we were doing a 72 month loan. Do the math, it adds up substantially, especially since it was my daughter. I was trying every way I could to keep the deal in her budget, and not be $10 & $20 dollard to death, besides the roller coaster of emotions for her, and my frustration. That $11 over the 72months is around $803. That's alot of money for a 19yr old. Well, to shorten the story some, we agreed on a price. The next day, Wed. We went back to finalize the paper work, pick up the car and so forth. All went according to the usual paper work. Finally we met the finacial lady. I don't recall her name, but she was great, friendly, patient, and explained everything that my daughter had questions or concerns about. That part was painless. We did have a small hiccup in the paper work, which she promptly took care of that issue. Not the bickering I received from the manager on Monday. Again, she was great. After all of the signing, getting the temporary tag, we walked back over to see Gary, while doing so, the car pulls up. It was beautiful. They, did a great job on getting the car all nice and shiny, cleaned like new money. Impressive! We went into the used car building to find Gary, when all of the salemen that were around, said congratulations, smiles on their faces, and happy for us, even a young salesmen we never had seen before, walked up, shook my hand, acknowledged n congrats my daughter. How awesome was that! We all went out to the car, and Gary needed to help set up the, on star, xm radio, and to place the sticker on the tag. Excellent guy for sure. Then to my surprise, he said he had to go get us gas. Awesome. During this time, I happen to notice the "manager" on the right side of the building, talking with the financial lady and the other young salesman. They were having a happy conversation, and why not. The funny thing is, NOT ONCE, did the manager, greet us, acknowledge us, congratulate us(at least my daughter), say thank you or anything!!! Are you kidding me? Really? Whatever man. Other than the unprofessional attitude he had on a sale. This dealership saleman, financial lady and whomever cleaned and detailed the car, were excellent!!! 5 stars for all of them. As far as the manager. I think everyone can come to their own conclusion with that...in my opinion.

    We were late getting to the dealership on a Tuesday evening and didn't arrive until 7:30, but Varick and Mike were right there waiting, and promptly showed us the cars we had been looking at online. There were no surprises about the price of the vehicle we chose. It was just as indicated online. Within the hour we were out the door with our new Buick Lacrosse at a great price!

    Love being able to see accurate information and lots of pictures on the website. James Anderson is an excellent sales (customer service) representative. The whole process went smoothly. James knows his product. He answered all questions and gave more information I didn't think to ask. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at home. I love my 2013 GMC Terrain Denali!
