Spent about $4k on two vehicles 2020 and 2022 in the same month. Both had to return with the original issues not resolved. Very inconvenient and very disappointed in the repairs - and the cost.

My Traverse started shaking after my tire rotation. That has Never happened before in 7 years. I Was told i would have to pay $79.99 to have the tires balanced. This is something that was done or not done on the service departments end. My Right front tire blew out a week later on i285. I can’t say this is why it blew out, but it’s not a coincidence because my tires were fine. I was told maybe a manager could work something out for the tire balance. . I will continue to have my oil changed at John Thorton, but i will never have them rotate my tires again. Ever!!

This is the 2nd time my family has done business at John Thornton Chevrolet & on both occasions we worked with Marva Thompson. She is excellent & caring about her customers. Everyone at this Dealership is very friendly , courteous & professional. I would definitely do business with them again!

Drove from Arkansas to buy a preowned 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness from John Thornton Chevrolet in Lithia Springs, due to the price being literally $5k cheaper than what I would have been forced to pay in my neck of the woods. Worth the trip!! My sales rep, Tyler Rossi, made the whole deal smooth and easy, and once I got to the dealership the transaction was quick and painless. Vehicle was in mint condition and I am enjoying every second of driving it!! There was a small hangup with post-sales paperwork but Savannah Silvers in the finance dept took care of everything so I didn't even have to go to my local DMV to get it straightened out. I appreciate all the great customer service and support I got from this dealership, thank you!!
