When I have an appointment for a certain time. I am expecting I will have my vehicle looked at close to that time, not be told when I arrive that I should have been told I would need to drop it off and leave it. Also, If my vehicle is under warranty and needs repairs done and I need to leave it. I expect you are going to provide me a vehicle to drive while mine is being repaired.
