    Ken Gottfried provided superb service in helping me purchase my new QX 50. I was fortunate to have Ken recommended by a good friend who also has had great service by Ken. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and helped me obtain a very good price on the car that I wanted. Ken is a pro in every way.

    I brought my car in for oil change and they broke the filter gasket and I ended up with a large oil spill on my garage floor. I've received 4 calls from Mr King in sales trying to sell me a new car. I explained I'm not in the market and to stop calling. But I got three more calls.

    I traded in my vehicle looking for something new how ever Mr.kevin king thought it would be great for me to lease a vehicle I ended up being bullied into a small qx30 that can hardly fit my sons car seat Aldo limited to 10,000 miles a year, I got the car Friday on sat I realized this car is not a good fit for me and my family and decided to call me king to let him know I'm not happy with my vehicle and I would like to return it long story short he didn't answer any of my phone calls none of my voicemails or anything until Tuesday afternoon when I spoke to him he was rude and nasty then called back 15 mins later telling me to come in next day and he would help me. I came in next but it just so happens that's his off day and he was at a doc app I ended up speaking with my Iesha who basically said I can't return the car that's there policy even if I came the day after they don't do returns I'm highly devastated and can't stress enough how unhappy I am right now. So Steven the GM told me to come in today but not early because he has a meeting till 12 I told him ok I'll come at 1pm....I go to the location at 1:30 guess what!!! Steve has left for the day and I'll have to leave a message . I'm not going to let them do this to me and this is not the end I can't believe the way this location treated me and I will go above and beyond to be heard and respected and get out of this terrible car O and another thing my check engine light keeps cutting on I stated that also and mr.king says it'll go off new cars do that sometimes

    My first experience with this location went wrong. I drove out to see a vehicle listed online, and was shown a totally different car. I was instantly upset and thought Id never return. Days later, I found a vehicle that I was interested in and gave a seond chance. After working with Greg in sales, and Anthony in finance, I received a better deal than I expected with my trade. I felt that everyone in the location was prepared to get my deal done. Really a good experience.

    Was promptly met by Rari upon arrival who was not over burdening and explained all the features of a Q50. The price on cars.com was very well lower than the price on the lot and they honored the lower price no problem. All the staff was extremely nice and professional and the experience made this purchase extremely rewarding. I would recommend anyone in the area or even outside the area to give them a try. They won't do you wrong.

    I really enjoyed my buying experience at Infiniti. I really wasn't trying to buy a car that particular day, but Yohance Skeete and Edgar Valesquez really presented an offer that was too good to walk away from. They worked together and made the buying experience one of the best I have ever had! Thanks again to them both for my 2015 Q70....

    When I needed four new tires and an oil change I called the dealership to make an appointment. After 40 minutes on the phone with the receptionist making sure they had the tires in stock, I confirmed the appointment for Friday morning. I requested a loaner car even though she assured me that the service would take less than two hours. That afternoon my husband still had not heard anything and gave them a call they told him that they did not have the tires in stock but were able to get them in. Once they arrived, the tires were stolen out of the shop. They told him that the car would be ready on Monday. Monday afternoon my husband still had not heard from them and made a few phone calls to the service department only to be told they were all too busy to give him an update on my car. On Tuesday morning I call d and left a message for Tim the manager to call me back. He did call and after I explained our issue he told me that they were moving soon and didn't know what happened. He not once apologized or said that he would look into the issue. I asked him to call my husband when the car was ready and he didn't but had someone else do it. When my husband picked up my car and paid over $1100, not one word was said about his service or the length of time it took. Infiniti, you have lost a customer for life.
