    I have a new (6000 miles) Silverado 1500 High Country. The windshield washer did not work. Trip one so I could be told I needed an appointment. Made the... appointment. Trip two was so they could determine it was broken and had to order a part. It was also when they disconnected my custom horns. Trip three was to have the part installed and the horns reattached. Horns were not fixed. I was told I needed another appointment: trip number four. I fixed the horns myself.

    Mr. Dennis, We're very sorry to hear your service experience did not meet your expectations. While we do offer appointments they are certainly not a... requirement. It is sometimes necessary for a second visit to be scheduled for installation of a special ordered part, especially when the issue does not render the vehicle inoperative. In regard to the horns, certainly the factory horns should have been operative, any add-on accessory may not be re-attached depending on its effect on the vehicles systems. Please know that we will look into this visit and use it to make continued improvements to our service department. Thank you for your feedback.

    Excellent service. I drive by other Chevy Dealerships to buy cars and SERVICE cars at this dealership. Small town atmosphere. Care and concern for customers.... Great work in the service department and paint shop at good prices. I will BUY my next Impala here. I SERVICE all my GM cars and trucks here

    palmetto was the only chevy dealer in this area willing to work on my car...beacaue of tht i continued to have my car serviced by them...made a 4 min ride... to do this...and because thy were awesome with me and my car.....i will give them first option now tht i am ready to purchase anthr camaro
