Unless you buying your car with cash, their finance team is horrible. I purchased a new vehicle and wanted to finance with my bank. The lady talked me... into financing with her, which is her job. When I came back to get it refinanced through my bank she never sent in my cancellation on my warranty. I called numerous of times and I never got an answer. She stated said it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process called the warranty and it takes 5 to 7 business days. I would never come back.

I went to the dealership after dealing with Gwinnett Nissan and it was like I walked into paradise. I was contacted by Eugene Richardson first over-the-phone... after making an online inquiry and he was very professional. The process of purchasing the vehicle that I saw online was awesome. He was busy during the time, but even took the time to hand me over to his co-worker Patrick who was also fabulous. I would recommend everyone to visit this dealership and see these guys.
I went to Stone Mountain Nissan after sending a message about a car on their website. I sent the message outside of normal business hours, and was pleasantly... surprised when Tim called me early the next morning. We had a brief discussion and he checked availability with a promise to call back. I went to another dealership close to home and looked at a car, and ended up leaving in disgust. Brad called me back for Tim from Stone Mountain and invited me to come up there. When I arrived, they were aware of what I wanted for a vehicle, for price, for financing, and for warranty. They met all my expectations, except for price: they charged me $500 less than I expected to pay. They gave me the 0% financing and the warranty I wanted, and the exact car I wanted. Never was I pressured to do anything which I didn't want to or wasn't comfortable with doing. They didn't just get a sale, they gained a loyal customer.

my sale person was Brad he help me a lot i would thank Brad for everthing he did for me i would sent him more poeple to buy cars. I if you loking for a... new nissan ask for Brad he will put you in a new car.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We took our car in to check an engine light. When they returned it to us they did so with a different key than we... gave to them. We questioned our "Service Manager" repeatedly why the key was different and he wouldn't even acknowledge that it was different. After reiterating our complaint with the someone different in the "Service Department", he immediately knew that it was a brand new key. He further discovered that they say they "lost" the key we gave them and made a new one. Our "Service Manager" knew all this at the time we picked up the vehicle and I guess thought it best to lie about it to our face and have us pay for the privilege. At the present time, the Service Manager over Stone Mountain Nissan is making us wait to see what they are willing to do to make things right. It's really no surprise. We were told we'd get a call when the car was ready. We didn't. We were told it would be ready the same day. It wasn't. We were told that it must be the same key since they tag each one as it comes in. It wasn't. Finally, we were told we'd receive a call by noon today. We weren't. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ANY COMPANY THAT REPEATEDLY FAILS TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON DELIVERING BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MULTIPLE MANAGERIAL LEVELS AS WELL AS LIE TO YOUR FACE DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.
The car the consumer test drive is not the one that is given to you after it is all said and done. the financial salesman doesn't take the time to explain... to you what is in the deal or not. I signed the bill of sale thinking I am getting everything in the car I had tested drive. Come to find out the car I ended up purchasing do not have any of the features the salesman and I had discussed and agreed upon.
