    We just purchase our new 2016 GMC Yukon Denali from Capital GMC, and their service was excellent. Brooxie Shelton and the rest of the staff made our car buying experience smooth and pleasant. Brooxie and the others worked to get us a great deal on our Yukon, They were truthful and answered all our questions and helped us through the entire process. No pressure here, they will try their best to get you into the vehicle you want, not trying to pressure you into something else just to make a sale. This was the best and most comfortable experience buying a new car that I have had. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a new GMC or Buick to go see Brooxie Shelton or any of the sales staff at Capital GMC Buick.

    My husband and I went to purchase a vehicle we researched online. We arrived at the dealership and met with the lady my husband spoke to over the phone. Brooxie was nice and professional. She did a great job. However, we spent almost 3 hours waiting on someone to meet with us to finalize our paperwork. We spent almost 4 1/2 hours at the dealership. It was quite ridiculous and exhausting. Almost so ridiculous and exhausting, we were ready to walk away from a vehicle we had been looking for for three weeks and drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase. Whoever we were waiting on should thank Brooxie for being so nice and such a great sales person. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It would be worth paying more for a vehicle than waiting 4 hours on someone to finalize paperwork. Again, it was just exhausting and we will never go back.

    I sent an email in inquiring as to price of 2017 GMC suv. It was responded to by Carol Butler, sales person at Capital Cadillac GMC. We made an appointment and was I ever glad..from the time she shook my hand in the lobby, it was 100% pleasant all the way. She is knowledgeable, efficient, warm and friendly and it was the most perfect experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I will always be grateful to her for the time she spent with me to make sure I would be completely satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. If you are thinking of buying a new vehicle, you should contact Carol because she will not pressure you or try to coerce you, just give you all the information, answer every question you have and let you have all the time you need to decide. I love my new GMC Terrain (which I just drove on a 1300 mile trip) and everyone who saw it also loved it! It has so many conveniences and the sound system kept me thoroughly entertained all the way. I can't wait to go on my next trip! Thanks so much, Carol, for your excellent help and for how you treated me during this transaction!!

    Donna, Service Manager went above and beyond my expectation to ensure I was taken care by putting me in a like vechicle until the part (leaking gas tank) could be shipped and replaced. 2nd when I took her the completed form from the manufacturer stating the part was recalled. Donna ensured I received my refund in a timely manner. Thanks Donna. I'll be back and purchase from this dealership again because I feel Donna's customer service was excellent.     We live about 2 hours away. We found the vehicle we wanted on your website. We called the dealer and salesman Ralph Noel was a great help. We drove up late Saturday and Ralph had to stay late to complete the sale. We are extremely happy with our vehicle, and the service y'all provided. Thanks.

    Fantastic service and staff! Mentioned to service associate that it would be fantastic to be able to log in, register a car, and track my vehicle's service.
