Issue still persists with our vehicle.

Issue still persists with our vehicle. Upon return to dealership, the car cannot be even diagnosed until 3 days from the day of the service appointment. We’ll be finding another dealership for service and our imminent new car purchase.

Don’t waste your time.

Don’t waste your time. They advertise cars that are not available and without their market adjustment markups. They wouldn’t even try to negotiate the markup and gave me an irritable reply of how supply and demand works. Thanks, but no thanks. Many other dealerships out there who want to do business, this is not one of them.

Blue Bronco

We bought a Ford Bronco from Rashard at Auto Nation Ford in Marietta. The service was awesome. The dealership went out of their way to work with us. Great purchase experience.

Great purchase experience. Vehicle was not on the lot when I saw it online. Salesman kept me informed of its progress to the dealership weekly. When vehicle arrived he made sure we were all set to come in and proceed with the purchase. Entire staff worked with us to ensure that we were totally satisfied. When I requested some additional equipment for the vehicle the salesman went above and beyond to locate the equipment and get me set up to have it installed. Manager sat down with us and made sure everything went well and that we were totally satisfied with the vehicle and the entire purchase process.

Purchasing our new Mustang was a breeze.

Purchasing our new Mustang was a breeze. Loved our salesman, management was so kind, financing was easy, delivery was super simple, which is great! Its the finance department, title department, and car sales manager aftercare that has sucked. We noticed that we had overpaid the sales/ad valorem taxes for our new car, contract vs. receipt received from Cobb County with our plate. $494+, enough money in this economy to request a refund. Have called the dealership 2x per week for the last 3 weeks, left messages with all of these departments. No callbacks or responses from anyone. We sort figured that paying over $55,000 for a car would get us something. The poor receptionist did not know who else to send us to. This being said, I will be filing a complaint with GA DOR and Autonation, not to mention a claim in the Cobb County Magistrate Court on Monday.

My experience was wonderful. Working with Greg was really pleasant he took the time to explain to me every scenario we went thru and worked real hard to get me what I wanted and I thank him for that. Auto Nation Ford you are the best and when I'm done paying for this one I'll be back.
