    As a retired auto dealer formally from Florida for 30+ years, my wife and recently retired to the mountains of NW Georgia. We deside we needed a pick-up truck so we could work in flower gardens. We shopped via the Internet for a loaded pre-owed vehicle, and gave our information to several dealership's. Only 1 called me with the information I was looking for. We set an appointment date and time. Auto Nation Firs in Marietta, made it so easy and fun. Our sales person is Greg Collins, extremely open and down to earth. A real pleasure doing business with him, and in the future if we ever need or our family and friends need a vehicle we will make sure Gregory Collins gets to see them.

    My family has been AutoNation Ford customers for years. We've never been disappointed by the service experiences. My advisor wasn't the friendliest, but I didn't need a friend, I needed a repair. My service was a recall, and they got me in and out in the estimated time.

    Made an on line appointment to have drivers side airbag replaced. I was about 15 minutes late (traffic was terrible) no problem. I was impressed, in and out in about 1 hour 30 minutes.

    Made an appointment, received a confirmation email, left car at dealership at appointment time (11:00 a.m.), came back at 1:30, was told they hadn't started work on my car, at 3:30 I was told that even though I had an appointment at 11:00, they would not be able to service my car, that they would call me in a couple of days. The needed repair is the air conditioning.

    I took my fiesta in because my clutch/TCM started to have issues again (related to a Customer Satisfaction type issue). I had previously brought my car in but the parts were so back ordered they gave me a temporary fix that lasted me a year or so. Now however, my car is just over the mileage limit, so AutoNation has to get approval from Ford to approve the work. I have so far yet to be called back by anyone from AutoNation (I have had to initiate all calls to find out the status). It has now been over 3 weeks and there has been no movement in their internal Ford discussion which means I am driving around in semi-working car that will randomly not start and makes me late for work. I am disappointed at the speed of their decision, regardless of what that decision is at that point. I had assumed Ford would make it right since it seems a very common problem with their cars (fiesta and focus) and they were having difficulty keeping the parts in stock (i still think they are back ordered for weeks).

    From the time we walked in the door until my daughter left in her beautiful new car our experience was A+++ Bobby Jones, Antonio, and every staff member including the general manager of the dealership treated us like we were the only customers they had. Bobby got us the perfect car on terms that worked for us. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone and will definitely return for future car purchases.
