I went to get my regular service check up; was told that I needed 4 new tires, but I felt that I did not because the threads were not low enough. The next day, my light came on saying that my pressure in my tire was low; did not have this problem before taking it there. I cannot drive one day without the light coming on. I believe they punctured my tire because I did not replace them. I had had problems with them before but thought that the service had gotten better. I will not go back again.
Hello, I am sorry that you feel we would puncture a tire on your vehicle. Our customer's safety is our top priority. We recommended tires on a visual inspection as well as using a tread depth tool. Ken Evans and Jon, the sales manager, have been exceptionally professional, respectful and friendly throughout the entire process. This was the second vehicle (within 4 months) I've ordered/purchased from this dealership because of THEM. They kept me updated when they could and answered any and all questions I had along the way. Everything went as planned. I was given a curtesy vehicle to drive while repairs were completed. Only wish I would have received a copy of what I actually signed not another print out.

Jesse was very nice. He took the time to let me know when my service was complete, even though I was outside walking around looking at the vehicles on the lot, he came outside to find me. The service department is awesome.
