The roof, door, module failed and GM no longer carried the part. The impact of the failed part caused a safety problem because the doors could not be unlocked... from the interior. I was able to procure a similar Part, but Jones Chevrolet was unable to make it work. Stacy, in the parts department did some above & beyond research and located the correct part from a private firm. Mr Robert Jones ordered the part, the service installed it, and the SSr was delivered like new! Moreover, Mr Jones said he billed me at his cost for the part. It’s service like this that’s kept me a dedicated Jones Chevrolet customer since 2002, the first year my family moved to Sumter S.C.
