    When I took my Fiesta in for recall work, some other repairs were recommended. I preordered the parts to the tune of $806.31 and waited to be contacted... when the parts came in. That was six weeks ago. I've tried repeatedly and through every communication method possible to get an answer as to what is going on with no response other than, "We'll look into it and call you back asap." That call never came. Yesterday I texted, called, used live chat, and emailed asking that someone please get in touch with me by end of day or I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Everyone was so apologetic and sincere and once again guaranteed me the would call back soon with some answers. Of course, I never did get a response from anyone. I will never, ever deal with these people again. They are the worst!

    I like to give people the benefit of doubt but this time I cannot let this go away. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by the Sales Manager Kevin... Jeffries is astounding. The reason I went to Nalley in the first place was because I thought DAVID HULT and DAN CLARA ran a great operation, but I was wrong. This is the 2nd time returning to Nalley Ford in Sandy Springs in 2 weeks. 1st time we had driven 2 hours to look at a truck, only to find out when we got there, "I'm sorry, that truck was actually sold this morning". Are you kidding me! We were told before we headed to the dealership they had it and we had an appt! I understand sales and the need to "just get the customer through the door", but for us to drive that far for nothing was just the first sign of unprofessionalism. My wife really wanted to do business with Nalley as she always believes in second, so I gave them another shot. BIG MISTAKE! They found a truck for us but had to get it from another Nalley dealership in Cumming, Ga. and since we were putting down $7K on a vehicle that I had not driven or seen in person, Kevin assured us, his words exactly, "you have 7000 reasons for us to make it happen for you and we will". I said "great! I will be there today to sign the paperwork!" We drove there and gave them half of the down payment. When the car came in, we went and test drove it and everything was fine until we noticed that the right rear taillight was busted and the right-side view mirror was cracked and glued together. I had figured that it was an easy fix and might have been side swiped or something minor, but I didn't know so I wanted to get a warranty to cover anything that might go wrong. We told Chris the issues we noticed and he acted like he didn't know it was damaged and said he would talk with his manager. When Kevin Jeffries came over his first question was "well, are we ready to sign the deal?" I told him the issues we had found and asked him if there was a possibility that they could throw in the warranty and if not, could we possibly split it. ALSO, we went over every detail with Chris as to what that truck had on it and even checked each one off, come to find out that it had no side bars on the truck which it clearly stated it did! They were not even willing to add the side bars OR credit me the price which was included in the price of the truck! I had thought I have seen it all until the next words that came out of Kevin Jeffries mouth, "WARRANTIES ARE OPTIONAL"! Now, let me tell you HOW he said it. We are in the middle of the showroom with other customers around and Kevin is raising his voice and waving his hands to the point where my wife was so embarrassed and walked out of the building!! I stood in astonishment at how he treated us in front of everyone, telling me that he bought that truck from Nalley Nissan for me, Chris worked his xxx off for me and how he was going to have to eat $120 for the broken taillight and just trying to make me feel bad for him going through all that trouble for me? NEVER have I EVER been treated so poorly by any dealership!! I was so mad I asked them to put that $3000 back onto my card immediately and that we are done here!! Chris, the sales associate, apologized to me knowing that what just happened was completely uncalled for, but it was too late at that point. They then made me wait in the lobby while everyone was staring at me only to come out 20 minutes later to tell me that the account department was closed and could not refund my money until tomorrow and would have to be issued a check. At that point I just wanted out of that place and told them I would be calling tomorrow to have my money refunded. Like I said, I am not a person that writes bad reviews, if ever, but this experience was the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD at a dealership hands down! David Blair

    A few months back I needed a new car and I decided I wanted a mustang GT. I did my homework and shopped online for a new mustang and found that Lance... and the team at Nalley Ford gave me an amazing deal and I saved thousands for the same car from the closet competing price for a comparable car; and the car I bought had more options than that one as well. Lance and I worked out the deal over the phone and email and when I came in to do the paperwork and take delivery everything went smooth and we were in and out in a matter of a few hours. I highly recommend and will shop Nalley again.

    After experiencing nothing but frustration while trying to work with the shysters who call themselves Ford dealers in north central Florida for the purchase... of a new F-150, I widened my search to include the states bordering Florida. Through that search I found several trucks located around the Atlanta area that were equipped specifically as I wanted. After narrowing it down among a few dealers, who were very competitive in their pricing, I settled on Nalley Ford in the northeast Atlanta area. I purchased my new F-150 completely remotely using their on-line buying option and over the phone. They were very easy to work with overall and I especially appreciate the efforts of Negus Graham and Miriam Paniagua to ensure I got the truck I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I didn't save hundreds, I saved thousands by going out of Florida to make this purchase! Plus, the delivery fee directly from the dealership to my home on a flatbed hauler was only $195 total. The only very minor concern I had while working with the folks at Nalley was with their internal communications between the different parts of their organization while finalizing my deal. It got lost in the shuffle a couple of times and I would actually give them a 4.5 rating if I could, but this issue was certainly not enough to bring it down to a 4. All in all, I was very pleased with Nalley Ford and would definitely recommend them; even if you live a couple of hundred miles away!

    Horrible service. They tell you you are approved. You go wait three hours to find out that you can't get the vehicle cause of a bank issue. They tell you... the next day you will be good to go and then no communication other than we are working on it the whole day even when you were already approved. All they needed was a second signature from the bank. Through your the phone calls and text with the sales rep I was told he was moving cars for other people. Then after I told him to cancel the deal cause this is not a good experience I asked for the GM name and his phone mysteriously can receive text and he has to call. Very bad service will never use a nalley dealership again. Update: finally talked to the gm and he advised the bank refused. That is all I was needing all day. Horrible do not use them.

    I brought my vehicle in for some extended warranty work. Bryson Paulding was my service rep. Bryson handled all contacts with the warranty. Bryson also... noticed some additional mechanical work that needed to be done. He notified me of the additional repair needed and called me to tell me what it was and to let me know it was covered under the extended warranty. Bryon has excellent customer service. In my opinion, Bryson is an 10+ rating employee. I could not ask for better.

    I bought a new 2019 F150 4x4 from Nally Ford. The truck is great, good experience. As a part of the purchase they charged me for license plates, provided... temp plates and ordered the new plates for me. Said they should arrive "in a few weeks". Unfortunately, the plates never came. Two weeks before expiration I called my sales associate Michael Gibbs and he said "hey, don't worry... they may be late but they will come in before the expiration". He went on and said "if they don't come in on the last day, call me and I will take care of you". So today, two weeks later, over a month since purchase...the temporary plates expired. I called Michael as instructed. He said the following: "I really can't help you". I was surprised by that... I asked if they have a record of them being ordered, or maybe he could he get a contact number from where ever they ordered them so I could call on my own behalf. He said... "no, I don't have any way to contact the agency that we ordered the plates from... so there's no way I can find out anything for you... and there's nothing I can do". Oddly, the conversation was not aggressive, or demanding...in fact it was a calm and relaxed call. I just needed some help because tomorrow... I would be riding on expired plates. The call ended: dead end. It looks like I'm on my own. And I don't know who to call really to get help. At this point: I am NOT a fan of Nally Ford. It's too bad. I love the truck and up until the part where Michael said "I can't help you" and "there's nothing I can do"... I would clearly give them a 5-star review. Today... not so much.

    I was looking online for a 2019 F-150 STX. I was given an initial e-price of 28,569 by Jennifer Nelson. Then when I received the quote from Travis Render,... the adjusted price was 32,169. They also added 899.00 for Resistall and 999.00 for a Nalley Accessories pkg. Also the ad said 599.00 Dealer fee was included but it was added on my quote. I was told the e-price included $1,000 trade assist but neither it, the Resistall or the accessories pkg were listed in the Initial ad. Travis also said some of the rebates doubled so they were having to manually change them. Grand total for a truck with internet price of 28,569 was 37,245.24. Deal with them at your own risk

    This review is for the appointment scheduling service that they use. For the 2nd time in 6 weeks I was victim of some sort of incompetent appointment... scam! First at the Kennesaw dealer and today at Nalley. I made an appointment for 7:15 this morning was 5 to 10 minutes early, only to be told that they could not look at my car until later today, and probably not get the work done (Engine service light) until tomorrow - and they don't offer loaners to cover for their incompetency! I specifically told the woman that took the appointment, the situation on the car, and my time line for today, and she assured me that there would be no issue. I find out at the service desk, that this appointment person is in Texas, and has no idea about the workload at this dealership. Funny, that's the same B.S. I got from Kennesaw! The happy ending to my story, no thanks to Nalley, is I drove to Cartersville, where they assessed and fixed the issue within 45 minutes, with no appointment! Perhaps Nalley should read their own Mission Statement from their website: "The Nalley Automotive Group Mission Statement: To be an Innovative Industry Leader, Totally Committed to Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Integrity and Teamwork." I spoke to David at the service desk, and he was pleasant enough, just not able to take care of my situation in a timely and fair manner. Truly, an unbelievably incompetent way to run a customer service oriented business. I bought this vehicle from this dealership, but I can honestly say I will never set foot on their property again.
