Over the past 5-years, I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Nick Karacha. Today, 3/12/2013, has been especially pleasing. I had recieved the Mercedes Benz email regarding several owners' experiences with their cars. I was about to write of mine relating to my 2010 C-300, which I purchased in October of 2012, but then I realized that there was a 2010 C-350 available. I spoke briefly with Nick, and without any fuss, and minimal negotiations, Nick again, succeeded to get me the deal - for a perfect birthday gift, tomorrow, March 14th. I must also say that Nick's approach is befitting of the "consumate professional" - courteous and knowledegeable. the Sales Staff at this pre-woned facility has treated me with the utmost respect. They are always willing and able to help. Nick's first offer is for the "courtesy wash", then refreshements. This, being my fourth visit and purchase, I think I have found my favorite dealership and my "Champion Salesman" in Nick Karacha. Mr. Cho was very polite with the descriptions about the vehicle I was interested in. He made my first purchase of Mercedes easy and simple. Unlike other dealerships, Mr. Cho took responsibility and followed up with me on my purchase and any needs. Most of all, he was honest and given me the best deals on my purchase compared to every competitive automobile brands.

Our experience with Mercedes Benz was wonderful. We have been customers with this dealership for over 10 years and have always been satisfied and treated very well. Bo Planin was great with finding and knowing what we were looking for. He had a Mercedes GLK on the lot that he thought would fit what we described and he was perfectly correct. He was very courteous and helpful with all aspects of the buying process. He explained the features of the vehicle clearly and asked if we needed more information. He was always smiling from the time he greeted us until we left. He is a very personable man and therefore made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. He made sure we were connected with the right person when we needed to talk financing. He never acted as if we were bothering him in any way. He was smiles and friendly through the whole process. I would definitely recommend our friends to touch base with Bo Planin if they are interested in purchasing a car through this dealership. We would positively ask for Bo again if we are in the market for another car. As before -- very nice and personable individual.

Great experience! Bob Holton was great to work with and made sure I got the car I wanted. Everything went smoothly when I picked up my car, and they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They also made sure I received a competitive rate for financing, which was very much appreciated.

It was a pleasure to work with Nick and his team at Atlanta Classic Cars. I was looking for a specific car that happened to be on the lot but I must say, they made the entire process easy and hassle free. In this day and age of lots to do during the day, it was nice to be able to make this transaction so quick, easy and professional from start to finish. Mr. Cox had left a very good impression when I visited the dealer a year prior to my purchase. He was very professional very passionate about the cars he is selling and even though the price range for what I tested driving with him was outside my range, I kept that dealership in mind. Sure enough I returned after one year looking for him when I finally decided to go for a smaller car, that is fitting my budget. I was in between getting a BM or an Audi A3 TDI premium, and I decided to get my 1st BM, which I am very happy I did.

I have known Jim for a few years now and have purchased at least 4 vehicles from him. He is always attentive, understanding and delivers a win win deal every time..
