Sorry for the negative but honest review. I was mid lead...

Sorry for the negative but honest review. I was mid lead on the availability of a certain vehicle for 4 days and then radio silence.... Is it even legal to advertise a vehicle for sale that was built per order for a particular customer? dishonest at the least.

Ryan was very helpful and friendly. He and his team worked very hard to get us a great deal on our car and stayed late on a Friday evening to ensure the car was detailed and cleaned so we could leave with it that day.

Awesome guy, after 10 years still keeps in touch not like most salesman forgets you as soon as you drive off the lot. if I ever decide to purchase another Mercedes Benz I would drive back to Atlanta from Augusta to see Steve Szczupak he is my guy..

RBM of Atlanta & Eric Koenigsberg shine bright !

We did not PLAN it this way, but we now have THREE RBM sold new Mercedes-Benz vehicles representing a BIG portion of our "fleet" ! On Tuesday, September 1st, 2015, I picked up my VERY 1st Mercedes-Benz. (Night Black 2015 CLA 250 with Sport Plus Option Group) I special ordered the car in May. The selling dealer was RBM of Alpharetta, and my salesperson was Ramona Razavi. The car was displayed magnificently upon arrival, and the entire delivery experience was spectacular. Fast forward to March/April , 2016, and my wife, Jane purchases her OWN Night Black Mercedes-Benz (2016 GLA 250 4MATIC). Eric Koenigsberg of RBM of Atlanta was her salesperson, and, again, the entire experience of purchase / delivery was top notch. Fast forward to May 2o2o, and family needs dictated a "possible" purchase of a 3rd Mercedes-Benz.......perhaps a Black 2o2o E450 4MATIC wagon. Eric K. was our salesperson and RBM of Atlanta had ONE black wagon ,with the luxury styling, in stock. We were able to work out a deal on a 3 year lease with an option to buy at the end of the 36 months. Again, the ENTIRE process of working with Eric was beyond excellent. Financing process and "near instant" delivery of our new wagon was the best it possibly could have been. A BIG "Thank You" to Eric and the ENTIRE staff at RBM of Atlanta ! ! Jane & Gary Goldstein
