The absolute worse experience I have had over the period
The absolute worse experience I have had over the period of 3 years. Mainly thanks to Maria Padilla who supposedly works in sales. Has made me, my extended family that we would never go back here again. All she cares about is signing you up. Once you have the car she is rude, ignores your requests, will not help you with anything at all. I purchased my last 5 vehicles from here, my wife’s last 3 and 3 of our children’s but will not go again. We have Lemon Law claims signed for 3 of the vehicles for being sold absolute s**t boxes with major issues with breaks, traction, steering and various mechanical issues. AVOID WITH EVERYTHING UOU HAVE. If you want a ford go to a different dealer. This place is a scam. And avoid MARIA PADILLA for a simple life

The car sells man Anthony was very pushy and his comments throughout our appointment were very insulting. Although he tried to work with me I felt very uncomfortable. Management needs to coach him on his sell’s approach.

I would like nothing more than to leave a great review.
I would like nothing more than to leave a great review. However, my experience has been not favorable. My 2023 new Mach E, has part of the overhead material coming apart. The good news: It is (of course) under warranty. The bad news (to my surprise) I was told they do not have loaner cars, while warranty work is performed. I had to miss an entire day of work. Less than 1 week later, the exact problem returned. I am now expected to miss (at least) another day of work. In all my years of purchasing new vehicles, I have never had a dealership not provide transportation when "warranty" work is being done. I would had never, ever purchased from this dealership had I know this. What a huge dissapointment.

Mo is the best service tech I have worked with in over 22 years that I have been driving Ford cars. Mo's response to every detail, from setting the appointment till I drove off and called Regina back with a follow-up question, was perfect!

Misleading and Deceptive Sales
Deceptive sales approach and lack of communication. Very surprised since this is a family run dealership at least that what I was told, who really know since the salesperson told me that. I have been a Ford customer for over 50 years and have purchased at least 20 F-150 trucks and many other Ford vehicles. I have emailed and texted the salesperson Amir the so called internet Manager about my issue, no email response. I have emailed the so call customer service represented and that went no-where. They sold me a vehicle without Sirius XM when I was told the vehicle had it by Amir. I emphasized how important XM was and he reassure me the window sticker stated it. when I got home the next day I was unable to get the Sirius XM working so I called Amir and he stated I was doing something wrong because every Vehicle comes with XM free trial. He located a specialist within the service center to help me access the system. He as well could not get it working. Finally found out that Ford removed this option because of chip storages and they want to get trucks sold that were in inventory. Of course Amir did nothing and Airport Marina Ford has ghosted me without any resolution. I only requested that they add the XM chip back in on the Vehicle once the chip becomes available. I will more like never buy another Ford again. Seem like a small issue, but I travel a lot and use XM everyday. I now have to stream it which limits my options.

Yesterday, they let me drive away with a nail in the side of my tire and the check engine light on. They didn’t do anything to go a little extra to help me. Unacceptable and I hope Ford Corporate see this and knows how badly this dealership is hurting the reputation they build over the last hundred plus years. Shame on this dealership - if I were you, I would run away from them.
