This was probably my last time at this dealership. I?ve used them over 3 years with minimal complaints BUT the last time for a service and tire rotation and new fuel filter they charge me over 330.00. This is NOT OK. I will go other places from hear on.

Taking advantage of a customer.
I replaced the radio/CD player in my truck because the original one quit working. Once I completed the replacement and put the fuse back in place the truck alarm went off and the radio locked. I called Larry Clark set up a time to reprogram the system. I went today and they reprogram the radio. It only took about 10 minutes to program. They charged me $128.40 there were no parts involved. They simply plugged the computer up and reprogramed the system. 10 minutes Labor only. That equates to $770.00 per hour. Wow! I was anticipating $50.00-$75.00 but not $100.00 plus. I would hate to see what they would have charged to install it. Yes and you do have to go to a GMC dealer to reprogram the system. Hey LARRY thanks but I won’t be back your labor rates are ridiculous.

Excellent Service and Unbeatable Price
I bought a truck today at Larry Clark Chevrolet. There is a certain level of service that is expected to get a 5-star rating, but they went so far above 5-star service that I actually feel guilty I can only give them the 5 stars.... I am an extremely meticulous and cautious person when it comes to making a large transaction. I have actually wanted a truck for awhile now. Every couple months when I took one of my cars up to Larry Clark for an oil change, I would normally spend the whole time with Michael May or Chad Epps looking at the trucks. They let me test drive them, sit in them, demonstrate every feature of every option, etc etc.I sometimes would go up there for a few hours on my days off when I didn't even need an oil change just to look at the trucks. This went on for THREE YEARS!!! Yes, I said THREE YEARS. Even after THREE YEARS, I got the same level of service as the first time I walked through the doors. When I was finally ready to select and buy a truck, Michael May, my salesman, once again took a whole day with me to look at every truck and every option available on their lot. I literally brought in lunch, set up at one of the tables with my laptop, and spent most of the day there. They even gave me the WiFi password so I could compare models and pricing online as well. After finding the perfect truck for me, Chad Epps, a sales manager, negotiated a more than fair price on my trade-in and gave me a great deal on the truck. They really bent over backwards to make sure I got the best possible deal. Larry Clark Chevrolet is more than just a dealership. They are a group of very personable and friendly people. When you walk through the doors, even if you won't be buying a vehicle, they will treat you like family. I highly recommend Larry Clark Chevrolet for making a vehicle purchase. Ask for Michael May while you are there for all the one-on-one attention you need to find the truly perfect vehicle. When it comes time to seal the deal, Chad will treat you right and negotiate a fair price.

No Bueno!! There are more salesman in this place!
I came in with my wife to look for a new car. Although there were about six (6) salesman on the floor, not one of them came to greet us. We decided to leave and purchased a vehicle at another dealer where we got the attention we deserved.

Bad Larry Clark Service
I have a 2017 Colorado that after 28,000 miles started having transmission problems. I took my truck there and for Four weeks they kept it, telling me it will be ready by Friday. After all that time telling me they will replace the torque converter, they only replaced the fluid. The service manager ever told me that had they fixed it sooner I would have gotten the converter, but GM changed their mind. Never use their service department as Larry Clark and team will lie to you when the truth is easier. I was even told by them that they were changing the converter last week...lies. Bad company.

I have recommended him to several people already, even the finance people who have such a bad name in the industry had my satisfaction in mind above being profit only driven. I was able to drive away in my new 2018 Silverado the same day because of the fine folks at Larry Clark.
