THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Imagine taking your car in for what you believe is a simple service, oil change service, only to have everyone avoid you for hours when you come to pick up the car because....THEY LOST YOUR CAR KEYS!!!!! You cannot make this up! Instead of being professional and letting me know they misplaced (or lost) the car keys, everyone disappears into the back while I waited for them to bring the car around. Other customers came and went and no one had the decency to speak to me and let me know what was going on. This was after I walked 45 mins to pick up the car! DISGUSTING!!! Where is the customer service in all of this??? Eventually I was able to get someone to address the issue. They simply said they would take me home to pick up the spare key to get the car. There was no apology and no immediate offer to discount the service. Instead they made it seem as if it was no big deal and they would order a new key and program it to the car. The absurdity and egregious behavior was infuriating. I told them they need to absolutely discount the services (should have been 100% comp'd) they would need to get 2 new keys and make the other key (if found) unusable, because there is no way I'm trusting anyone to potentially have a set of keys to my car and know where i live. Do they think I'm a fool? Oh it gets better! Miraculously the key is found after those statements. Seriously?!? Very suspicious and I don't like that!!! We will NEVER be back and I'm telling every colleague I know with an Audi on the west side to not trust this unscrupulous business! STAY CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!! They tried to have my review removed instead of being a decent business and reaching out to apologize. I won’t be silenced. The truth hurts!

They swindled my money.

They swindled my money. I bought extended warranty and was promised a refund if I cancelled it, which I did because I sold the car 3 months later. Never saw a penny of that money. They will cheat you to make a profit and keep the money for themselves

I'm only giving them 1 star because there is no 0... I traded in my car 5 months ago and they still have not paid it off... My credit has been affected because of them. When it comes to selling a car they are very responsive. Once the deal was done, nobody would pick up the phone or reply to my emails. I have been emailing them for 5 months with no response. Julia who worked with me in the financial department completely ignored my emails and calls. The customer service here does not care about post-purchase. Go to Beverly hills Audi. You don't want to deal with this shady dealership!!!

Leased a brand new 2024 Audi Q8 Etron in March 2024, and

Leased a brand new 2024 Audi Q8 Etron in March 2024, and from day 1 the info system was not fully working to offer any of the subscription features, which I viewed when testing driving the car at another dealership. I elected to lease from Audi SM because of a personal referral and was assured the setup would occur in a few days. It has been 40 days and counting with no resolution and I am going without the Audi Connect services. It appears Audi cannot figure out how to turn on the subscription included with the car and noted on the sticker. The dealership offered no compensation, and no other solution other than to pursue the lemon law. I was referred to Audi of America and have been spending hours trying to get a fix with no update. Now I am left fighting for a buy back. This is my first Audi experience and will be my last.

Recently purchased a car from Santa Monica Audi, and Sean Mollabagher was great from the time I submitted my inquiry online till drove the car off the lot took only a few hours. Sean was Very professional and honest a great person to deal with when you go to Santa Monica Audi ask for Sean not many people like Sean are around these days

Finance Manager, Tegan Lewis, is a dishonest employee and con artist. I purchased several protection plans for my leased Q5 Hybrid which I asked to be cancelled several days later. She refused and repeated her lies and made it so difficult.

I had a very pleasant experience trading in my 2016 A3 Audi for a new A3. My salesperson David Yafee was so nice and helpful. The finance manager Alina Ivan was also really great. I’m love the car and I am very happy with the lease terms.

Worst Audi Dealership in SoCal.

Worst Audi Dealership in SoCal. Chris Navarro is the absolutely worst Service Advisor I have ever meet. I dropped off my very expensive RS6 for routine service, only to have it return to me absolutely covered in bird droppings. When asking if they could please clean it, Chris Navarro got very combatted and refused to rectify the issue and flat out told me that the cars were parked outdoors and that the were close to the ocean, so bird droppings should be expected. I would recommend any Audi owner to go elsewhere for Service and Purchases. I for one will never go back

Everyone at SMAUDI is AMAZING! Their attentiveness, kindness and support is truly unmatched! Best car buying experience, I honestly can see myself staying with Audi for every one of my future cars!!! Working with Joey made the experience so wonderful! He is kind, charismatic and so knowledgeable. The car I wanted wasn't available the first time I came to the dealership but he assured me that it would arrive at the top of the year and it sure did!! He's super respectful and professional with his follow up and never made me feel pressured about anything! Felt like I was shopping for a car with my best friend! Such a fun and easy process working with him and the rest of the team!
