Worst Audi Dealership in SoCal. Chris Navarro is the absolutely worst Service Advisor I have ever meet. I dropped off my very expensive RS6 for routine service, only to have it return to me absolutely covered in bird droppings. When asking if they could please clean it, Chris Navarro got very combatted and refused to rectify the issue and flat out told me that the cars were parked outdoors and that the were close to the ocean, so bird droppings should be expected. I would recommend any Audi owner to go elsewhere for Service and Purchases. I for one will never go back

Everyone at SMAUDI is AMAZING! Their attentiveness, kindness and support is truly unmatched! Best car buying experience, I honestly can see myself staying with Audi for every one of my future cars!!! Working with Joey made the experience so wonderful! He is kind, charismatic and so knowledgeable. The car I wanted wasn't available the first time I came to the dealership but he assured me that it would arrive at the top of the year and it sure did!! He's super respectful and professional with his follow up and never made me feel pressured about anything! Felt like I was shopping for a car with my best friend! Such a fun and easy process working with him and the rest of the team!

Dana Hall was my sales representative and he was amazing and stress free. Every part of my experience was positive including the financial representative, Chikh and George who reviewed the car technology. SM Audi is my go to dealership.

My RS Q8 needed a special battery because otherwise a warning light comes on. I was told I would get one in a few days and it has been over a month and I still haven’t been told you have it. When one pays almost $200,000 for a car something like this should be taken care of immediately.It is very annoying and makes me wonder what your service department does and is it any good.

Pack of thieves. Was charged a 20% ‘restocking fee’ for a part that turned out my wife ordered by mistake. I returned that part immediately upon pick-up when I realized it was the wrong part. Unprofessional staff, total scam of a place. Go ANYWHERE other than here if you are looking for an Audi. I’d give zero stars if I could. Scam artists.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Santa Monica Audi. From the moment I stepped on the lot, Joey and the entire team treated me with professionalism and respect. This was my third dealership visit and third test drive of this model. The first two dealerships left me very underwhelmed. When I visited the Santa Monica dealership, I was greeted immediately by Joey who is kind, energetic and knowledgeable. From start to finish, he treated me like family. I ended up walking away empty handed after the first visit because the only available model did not have all of the specifications I had hoped to find. Joey assured me that a model meeting my needs would be arriving in the near future. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or sell me on something I wasn’t completely satisfied with. He assured me he’d get me the car I was hoping for and he did just that. He kept me updated on the delivery of my vehicle and kept in constant communication with me until the minute it arrived on the lot. His level of communication was truly impressive. He was committed to getting me my perfect car and he made the process seamless. Steve the technologist and Amy the finance manager were also wonderful. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and look forward to doing business with them for years to come!

Welcoming, friendly and listened to my wants and needs. Was not pushy, many times as a Latina I’m not treated as though I’m able to “afford” nice things. In this case I was treated like a person, no prejudgements. I loved the friendly staff you can tell service is of high priority at this location

I’ve been going to SM Audi for 15 yrs but this was my first experience buying a car from them. It was a great experience!!! They were very easy to work with and went the extra mile to make me happy:)
