Overall I strongly recommend the team at North point
Overall I strongly recommend the team at North point Volvo. They have always advocated for me and my warranty and have always treated me well. Most recently I did have an issue however where my car returned with a small ding that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I have yet to hear back from them on a resolution and I'm working on resolving this on my own but would have really liked if they had just quickly scheduled a PDR appointment for me to show up to. Still hoping it's a matter of following up with them and not them ignoring me.

Excellent service - very professional staff - Marcus was very attentive to my concerns. He even took the time to install bolts around my license tag when picking up my vehicle at the end of the day! Marcus is top notch and is a valuable asset to your service team!
