Brian in sales was forthright and most helpful to us as we were buying from 100 or so miles away. He made us a great deal on a XC 60.... thousands less than the Volvo dealer in Macon. The car was ready to roll when we arrived at Northpoint so the transaction took no more than an hour. Richard in the business office was not pushy regarding purchase of add ones. He was Efficient and informative. We'd buy again from northpoint when we need another new car one day.

my name is Sam Hopkins. I live in Michigan , I have daughter currently living and attending college in Tennessee. I had an urgent need to fine a vehicle for her. She was in need of transportation for school and work. I saw the posting for a Honda Rigdeline at North Point Volvo. Brian Matthews responded to my enquirer. When I explained my situation, Brian was understanding and with concern descourage the Ridgeline and recommended a Honda Accord. With Brian's help the long distance purchase was made easy but more importantly Brian was able to make me feel comfortable that my daughter would be in a safe and reliable vehicle. The fact that I didn't know anyone or anything about the automobile dealers near my daughter was a scary and burdensome task. Brian was terrific, I will always remember his sincere efforts in my behalf and recommend Brian and North point for any of your automobile needs.

Mr. Jones actually sold me two vehicles in the same week. The stress free environment coupled with the security of working with a real dealership, not a 'car lot', was relieving. I did not have to take vehicles off site to see if I was being sold a defective product. I've had 10 Volvos. Love them and highly recommend Anthony Jones at NorthPoint Volvo.

While I am a 20 year driver of Volvo's and this was the third S60 I didn't need to be sold on the car. After an excellent experience purchasing my last S60 from Northpoint Volvo it was hard to imagine a better experience. Welll.... it was ! Brian Matthew made the purchase so easy and enjoyable from my first contact with him until I left in my new car. I even told someone how much fun I had buying a new car. The Finance manager also made purchasing the car an easy experience. Having had an excellent experience with the service dept. over the last 6 years , I know this Volvo will receive the same care. At Northoint taking my car in for service is not something to dread...... They make it easy. Northpoint Volvo has an excellent team who are professional and Give their customers a first class experience. I wouldn't want to purchase a car anywhere else.

Overall, Anthony provided superb customer service! He was attentive to my requests. I do wish the minor repairs I requested were made in advance to my purchase instead of me having to handle them (e.g. two scratched hubcaps should have been repaired at $50 each prior to being placed on the lot for sale and I was giving touch-up paint for a minor scratch instead of this being handled by the dealer.). I was not a fan of these two items falling on me as the buyer. If it was so minor why wasn't it handled in advance instead of being passed-on to the buyer?

North point Volvo has fixed my Volvo before but I bought it at Gwinnett Volvo and today I bought a new used Volvo cx60 SUV and the consultant Anthony was very knowledgeable and has been working there for 16 years. He made the buying process very easy. So I would go to them for everything .

I always have a good experience with Northpoint Volvo. I've been a customer since the doors opened many years ago and I've purchased 9 cars through this dealership. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

We would definitely would recommend Northpoint Volvo. Our Salesman was Anthony Jones. He did a fantastic job. We never felt pressured, he was so knowledgeable, and courteous. It was a great experience.
