Our salesperson Robert Brannan was extremely

Our salesperson Robert Brannan was extremely professional. A better word would be AWESOME !!!!! From the time we walked in the dealership to the time we drove home in our new to us Audi Robert answered all of our questions. Robert continued to answer our questions after our sale. I drive an hour, past the Audi dealer close to me, to use

I drive an hour, past the Audi dealer close to me, to use this dealer because my experience is always the best. If the car is going to take a long time for service, they are great in providing loaner cars, which not all dealers provide.

The dealer was horrible.

The dealer was horrible. She had an attitude with us everytime, i corrected her because she was clearly unaware of the features of the car she was selling. She had to look for accessories for the car that she told us came with it. When she couldnt find them she started back tracking that she never told us it came with it. She finally found the bars but had missing pieces and she reminded us how this car never came with this accesssory. she avoided accountability for the fact that she told us the accessories came with it. Even during the demo she kept telling us that the car has park assist and when i looked up the specs online it clearly did not for this model. It was an add on. This model had the 360 camera view which is not park assist. I tired to tell her i dont think it comes with it but she was being a bit of aggressive in her conversation and i was done trying to help her. We purchased this car cause we had done our homework and knew what we wanted. The only person I really apperciated throughout the selling process was the finance guy, Jerquail. He was fantastic and I would give him a 5 star review. He was helpful in guiding us through the process. The service team was great in helping us install the accessories. Super nice. As a sales manager myself, paula just didnt know how to behave in a professional manner and admit when she made a mistake.

Very knowledgeable team.

Very knowledgeable team. Patient with our questions, but did not waste our time. Courteous, clear, and fair. Serian, Carlos, Kevin, and Andre worked together to get us exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing experience from start to finish.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Our sales advisor Sterian was attentive and able to answer all of our questions on the vehicle and the purchase process. Effortless experience. Would shop there again.

After a quick morning diagnosis, i was provided a loaner

After a quick morning diagnosis, i was provided a loaner car until a part was received. It came in the next morning and my Q5 was ready that day. Good communication from Roy, my service rep who listened to and answered all my concerns. Also nice to get updates as issues were discovered. It was a good experience,

Engine service light came on.

Engine service light came on. Car went into shop the same day and the problem fixed. Great service and service team. Very professional. The facility is beautiful for customer who are waiting to pick up their cars.
