There are not enough words to describe the care and

There are not enough words to describe the care and expertise Jay provided! Literally the guru! I’m so happy I got him as my sale representative. I knew I wanted a Mazda but he sealed the deal providing me with all the specs and ratings. He was patience, honest and quite funny. I will be recommending Mazda Roswell, Jay, and Louis to everyone!! Everything was seamless. Thank you!

Bought a new Mazda with the help of Phillip this weekend. I knew what I wanted and spent a month checking other dealers and checking pricing. Phillip was patiently unobtrusive but helpful. When it got to the end of the month and time to make a decision he made it very easy for me with a very competitive offer and great customer service. I love the dealership too! Have owned five previous Mazdas in our family and brought them all here for service. They haven’t needed much beyond routine maintenance. Great cars, great salesman, great dealership - what more can you ask for?

My first experience with Roswell Mazda is when I

My first experience with Roswell Mazda is when I purchased a used 2016 CX5. Was great buying experience with Phil Alvin and Louis in finance. But even greater then that was when I went for my first oil change and they discovered a problem with the rear brakes. They said I could not drive the car until they resolved the problem and gave me a loaner. I thought great 5 thousand miles and already an expensive proposition. When it was ready I was told it needed new rear caliper, rotors and brake pads. I closed my eyes as I was expecting a large bill. I ask how much was it. They said they should have caught this when I bought the car so it was no charge. From that moment on I became a loyal Mazda of Roswell customer. After 5 thousand miles they could have told me it was my problem but were honest. We have since bought two new ones and would not even consider any other dealer.

The Service Department at Mazda of Roswell is HORRIBLE!

The Service Department at Mazda of Roswell is HORRIBLE! I assumed my first negative experience with them was a fluke. Making an appointment for an oil change was difficult. They made it seem like I was asking for "the impossible" just to get them to service the car that THEY sold me. After waiting several days, I was granted an audience with the technicians and received an oil change and tire rotation. I did, however, turn down their recommendation to change a filter (for $60) and opted to replace it myself (for $10), they texted and emailed me for weeks trying to get me to come back in and purchase their overpriced equipment. My second experience was even worse. My 4 attempts at calling the Service Department were in vane. No one would even answer the phone and their "mail-box was full". The receptionist had to walk back to the Service Desk and ask them to please pick up the line. When my call was finally answered, I was told that I would have to wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I went down the street and received an oil change and a tire rotation for half the price that I was charged at Mazda of Roswell on my first visit, and I was in and out within an hour. No appointment necessary. How do you stay in business when you can't even service what you sell? That's 2 strikes. I probably won't stick around for a 3rd.

Thank you for detailing various scenarios where you concerns are heightened. Good news is we have flexibility to help in cases of emergency and delayed scheduling is normally in regards to routine service. For your convenience we schedule your next service at the same time you complete your current service to hold that date for you as well. If ever an emergency scenario arises that we can not get you in immediately we keep a large selection of loaner cars to make sure we take care of our valuable clients. As you are getting used to servicing your car with us I would recommend taking advantage of our customer relations department. They specialize in ushering you through this. Hopefully, this has helped quell your concerns and we hope to assist you in the future.

Thank you for your non-responsive response. If you have been dealing with the "influx of demand to your service department" over the past few years, it might be time for you to determine that your strategy to improve your customer relations is not working. Having to wait almost 3 weeks to get my car serviced, (yes, the car that you sold/guaranteed to me), is simply ridiculous. I mentioned to the "scheduler" that my heater/AC fan had a problem and only works intermittently. Am I supposed to wait 3 weeks, dealing with Atlanta heat and cold, until MoR grants me the privilege of looking at it? What happens when I have an out of town emergency and simply want to make sure my car is road-worthy for the trip? Am I supposed to tell my dying relative that I can't rush to their bedside, and they will need to hang on for another 3 weeks because I can't get my car serviced? If you have a 3 week waiting list in your Service Department, perhaps you might consider offering an alternative plan/location to accommodate your customers needs. Just sayin'

Roswell Mazda location is clean and inviting.

Roswell Mazda location is clean and inviting. Associates are friendly. I brought my CX-9 in for routine service and had no plans on test driving any cars. Ron approached me as I was walking in to pick up my car. He was very friendly and had a contagious smile and was not pushy. I ended up test driving the Mazda 3 and the Miata. Ron did a great job of explaining the features of both cars. I will definitely be returning to Roswell Mazda to purchase a Miata stick shift from Ron when the time is right. Thank you Ron!
