Tried twice to fix issue, did not.

Tried twice to fix issue, did not. Service advisor was not helpful. Was called to the dealer twice, four uber rides later, I still had to contend with an upsell AC cleaning service when the primary issue unrelated to the ac wasn’t fixed. First time, last time.

Davis Vick sold me a 2025 Ram Warlock and was very helpful with all my questions. He got me a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on the new truck. I would buy from him again.

I visited Carl Black Buick GMC in Roswell to purchase a

I visited Carl Black Buick GMC in Roswell to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman was excellent — very helpful, polite, and professional. He truly did his job the right way and tried his best to help us. Unfortunately, the experience was seriously damaged by the sales manager, possibly named Christian Wong. His attitude was rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Instead of handling the pricing discussion as a professional business conversation, he spoke in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and not valued as customers. There was no customer service, no professionalism, and no respect shown during the interaction. I am 100% confident that the person currently making management and pricing decisions is negatively affecting this dealership’s sales and reputation. One manager’s behavior can easily drive customers away — and that is exactly what happened in our case. The sales staff was great, but management needs serious improvement. This dealership has potential, but leadership behavior like this hurts the entire business.

On 11/7/2025 I went to this dealership to have 4 new

On 11/7/2025 I went to this dealership to have 4 new tires installed on my 2023 Buick Envision. After I received the vehicle back later that evening, I noticed 2 wheels where damage. (The wheels where in excellent condition beforehand with no damage) I went to the dealership the following morning, 11/8/2025, and let the Service Manager (Bill) know the wheels were damaged, and was told the dealership would fix them. I expressed concern with the repair as I know from prior experience that repair work is sub-par, and will never have the same texture, color, finish, durability, etc. the OEM finished wheels have during the manufacturing process. I was told via text on 11/10/2025 there GM doesn't have any wheels in stock and the only way to fix the issue quickly is to allow the dealership to perform a repair. This is not true, as I contacted another GM dealership that has 7 of these wheels in stock. 11/19/2025 1 of the 2 wheels was partially repaired (There was damage on the inner barrel and other wheel facing) and the workmanship is beyond horrible. The finish is incorrect, color not the same, and the surface of the wheel outer rim is distorted

Great experience.

We purchased a 2025 GMC Yukon from Nolan Knox with Carl Black. Nolan was great, kept us well informed. The purchase was simple and painless. We will purchase our next vehicle from Nolan and Carl Black.
