    I had the most wonderful experience selling my vehicle and buying a pre-owned vechicle with McDaniels Acura. I was spoiled rotten! I have never had such outstanding service from any dealership. Every car selling/buying experience should be this good. They gave me a great price on my trade-in and on the vehicle that I purchased. I was waited on hand and foot and I felt that I was the dealership's number one priority. Every expectation that I had of this dealership was not only met, but exceeded. The staff was very courteous and professional. I will definitely be using McDaniels again for future purchases and I highly recommend them to you.

    The car I went in to see was available, but hadn't been fully prepped for sale yet. Multiple scratches and chips in the paint but they assured me those would be fixed. Both the salesman and used car manager were way too interested in my finances even though I told them it would be a cash sale. I still don't understand why they needed to know what my down payment was for my last car. I thought I misheard the salesman at first but when I asked him to clarify, he said that their system wanted to know what hire much of a down payment I put down on the last car I bought. The whole thing came across as a bit shady to be honest. Wound up buying a car elsewhere.

    The RDW I purchased yesterday, was the second vehicle I have bought from McDaniel. The service and professionalism I have received while owning my first Acura has been outstanding, and during the seven years I owned the Acura TL only routine maintenance was necessary. So when I decided to buy a new vehicle the obvious decision was to go to McDaniel. Gus Hermanson took very good care of me, was patient and unhurried and the whole transaction was totally without pressure. Scott Dutton took care of the financial details, and he too was low key and not trying to sell me things I didn't need or want. I will never go anywhere else.

    Tiffany Tucker was professional she set up dates and times for me to test-drive pre-owned vehicles that are interested in after test driving to vehicles Tiffany asked me what qualities do I look for in a vehicle I gave her my list and she introduced me to the Volkswagen family Tiffany was able to have me drive off in a 2016 Passat for less than the price I was willing to pay for a pre-owned vehicle thank you Tiffany

    I was traveling on business in Mississippi at 7:00 on a Friday night and had a power steering problem , I called McDaniels because the local dealer service dept had closed and not to my surprise the service at McDaniels was also closed. Now here's where it gets interesting the operator says I'll call our service manager and give him your information to see if he will give you a call , so here I am on the side of the road at 7:30 on a Friday night and much to my surprise the phone rings and it's Mr. Freeman the service manager who talks me through the reset process for the electric power steering and gets me back on the road long enough to make it back home to Columbia in which they fixed the problem the following Monday. I am in the service business and don't know if ther has ever been a better customer service experience. Mr.freeman if you ever need a job call me! Justin

    We had our ACURA towed to McDaniels. They would not diagnosis our car with out a release. The first time any dealership has asked me for a release. For 2 days their service manager, Greg, put us off and was very rude. Their fax was not faxing and Greg blamed us, called me a liar? Finally his boss was able to discover the problem and diagnosis my cars issues. New starter and alternator, gave verbal approval pending estimate. Asked for old parts back, alternator had just been replaced by a local garage. MCDANIELS WANTS TO CHARGE ME $180 to return my non Acura alternator! The next day I was informed by service that while test driving they ran my car into another car!! They offered to fix. OF COURSE! We still do not have our car and Acura Corp Client Services is totally worthless. They can't even get the dealership to call them back in a timely fashion. All I asked them for was an apology. Can't even do that. I am still waiting on a final estimate and it has been over a week! What Can I do?

    The service that I have received at McDaniels Acura has been exceptional. The customer service is great and the facility is excellent (comfortable and stylish). The wait for an oil change is pleasant; the dealership is cool with these HOT SUMMER days and there are even refreshments available while you wait. Good looking out for your customers McDaniels.

    I had a B service appointment on yesterday and Beverly and Sandy were very kind and professional. My car's oil change only took about 30-35 minutes, which was the shortest time it has ever taken. Thanks for the great service, great service personnel and timely maintenance service. Very pleased with this visit.
