Every step, from browsing to buying, was smooth with the helping hand of their sells representative/ associate, Picasso, and a standout finance manager Christian. There was no pressure, just friendly, professional advice that guided me to make the right decision. If you're in the market within a budget take a look at their pre owned vehicles. I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford Transit Connect

I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford Transit Connect cargo van. It was my good fortune to work with salesman Joe Picasso. He was professional and straightforward throughout the sales process. My purchase included a trade in which was valued at a good market price. The whole experience was seamless with an excellent outcome. They were professional, polite and sincere. Words you wouldn’t describe a car dealership but Ken Grody Redlands are different. They make you feel like family when you go there for a purchase. Kennedy and CT were a great help throughout the process. The finance gentleman that helped me was absolutely top tier. Overall super happy about my 2025 Ranger purchase. I will recommend everyone I know!

I have been going to this dealership since I moved out

I have been going to this dealership since I moved out here, about 6 years, and I have not had a negative or frustrating experience once... I started out working with Malachi for my '21 F-150 and 18' Escape. he took impeccable care of me and the truck, accommodated my needs, and addressed every single concern I had while line itemizing them on my invoices. he ended up moving to a different dealership and recommended that I go to Christian from that point forward. I have only had the opportunity to work with Christian once since then, and if first impressions hold weight, I am in very good hands. He is very friendly and to the point. although my first interaction with him was a simple service, I was very happy with the overall experience, and will be seeing him again soon for recalls and a/c issues, so I will update my review after my next visit. overall, I have used KG purchase dept, service dept, and sales dept. and again, have not been disappointed. Everyone has been friendly and caring.
