    Did internet pricing first. Was able to agree on a price over the phone. Once I got there Madge tried to mark it up by $600 but I stood my ground. She... didn't argue and got someone else. He tried to offer me much less than I wanted for my trade in. When I stood my ground and stated what I wanted for my trade in and the sales price he agreed to the sales price and gave me the price I could have gotten through a private party sale on my used vehicle. The guy who did the final paperwork was annoying because he kept trying to sell me warranties, Lo jack, etc. I firmly told him no but he wouldn't back down or stop running his mouth about the products. Sure they tried to find reasons to jack up the over the phone agreed upon price with some nonsense about being a recent college grad, and tried to low ball me on my trad in but, I cam prepared with internet pricing from other dealerships. They knew I had been to other dealers and would walk out which I almost did, but as I was gathering up my paperwork the guy wrote down the figures that I wanted. He was very polite and actually gave me some good advice about not putting additional money down in addition to the trade in because the loans have no pre payment penalty. Getting back to Madge she is the best of the best a person who is upfront, polite, and on point. Doesn't get made when you don't agree with her. She is very well dressed and professional. I gave her and another man a really hard time and they were very nice to me in return. The dealership is huge with a huge inventory. The waiting room is A-1-A with a play room for the kids, ice cold bottled water, cookies, coffee, tea, popcorn which is just the thing a family like mine needed after a long trip and to survive while waiting for the deal to go through. I love my Nissan Xterra and it came with more things then Madge knew that it came with (LOL). I got a GREAT deal. No regrets. Would go back to this place in a heart beat. Would have given them all 5 stars except for the fact that the guy with the final paperwork acted nice at first then started talking to me in a condescending fashion and would not stop when I told him to with the up-selling. Actually no harm was done and I was proud of the way I stood my ground through my bottom line price negotiation. Best to do all home work, write everything down and print out all other offers. Driving my new vehicle and loving it. Glad to have gotten rid of my dirty old truck for top $$$.

    Needed a very nice vehicle for family to use as alternate and for son in Law School. We settled on an 2014 Altima S. We live 250 mi away in Nevada, but... Metro internet reps were easy to access and tremendously responsive. Fair negotiations, car was ready in 24 hrs. Made the long drive there tp pick up and staff was friendly and helpful. Car was prepared, immaculate. Financing team was thorough, offered extended warranties, transport permits, in and out in 45 minutes. GREAT Experience

    I like that cars.com is able to link you to the dealers and you can move forward to go see a car etc. The unfortunate thing is not everything is what it... seems. The dealership knew we were coming to see the car and we called an hour + to say we were on our way. So it was very disappointing to see a dirty car inside and out, but the worse part was that it smelled. Although the dealership took the time to call the next day after we saw the car to tell us it sold, good...we weren't interested. My conclusion; I guess they didn't need my money and didn't need to sell a car that day.
