    I was referred to go to Moss of San Bernardino from my home dealership in Riverside. I was directed there because of the limited diesel services at Riverside. The assistant service manager ensured I would be able to get my truck in soon for an appointment. She followed up on her promise. Despite my vehicle having a major factory defect, she provided me communication throughout the time of service. She gave me great details of what was going on as soon as she found out. Communication is key for customer service. Please recognize her for her customer service skills. Her communication provided me security in knowing my vehicle was being taken care of. I will now consider Moss of San Bernardino my new home dealership as long a I have my awesome diesel truck. Thank you, Proud Owner of a Ram 1500 Eco-diesel

    Anthony was my sales rep. He was very friendly and nice. Made the car buying process quick and easy. He was very patient and even held up conversations with my son to keep him involved. I would definitely recommend going to see him if you are looking for a car.

    I hate buying a new car because of the games they play. I was amazed that I got a deal that I could not say no to and the whole transaction took about an hour or a little more. The car was one that I wanted and the price was right. Drove it home within 2 hours clean and full of gas. Not a bad deal.
