Two months to repair $6k in damages. Had scratches in paint on a panel the repaired. Alignment is off. Returned to me with low air in tires, empty windshield... fluid reservoir tank and when I filled the tank myself it all spilled out onto my driveway. Took off my front license plate cover and didn’t put it back on or return it. I will update my review after I meet with them about these issues.
I was looking to return a leased 2014 Fusion and replace it with a new 2017. Since my car had been serviced at Woodstock and I liked the service department,... I went there to see what was available. My salesman, Aubrea Carringer could not have been more accommodating. I did not know what model I wanted nor was I sure whether I would lease again or purchase the my next vehicle. Aubrea showed me what was available on the lot , as well as what he could find for me at other dealers. He patiently explained all my options with the Fusion and explained the pros and cons of of lease vs buy. It took a week, but we found the perfect model at another local dealer. Aubrea went out of his way to get that vehicle AND meet that dealer's price. I ended up buying the car. When I picked it up. Aubrea spent a fair amount of time explaining all new technology - not an easy job since technology and I are not the best of friends. I am happy with my choice of car and dealer. We had a great experience with our purchase of a 2014 Fusion Titanium. Our sales rep., Bill Montooth, gave us great customer service. He is easy going,... has a calming personality, gives you space to look at inventory at your leisure - he offered the information we needed to make our decision and we made the deal. It was so easy, the vehicle had every bell and whistle plus a great color - looks brand new, low mileage. My husband said that if everyone had a great experience buying a vehicle like we did, they couldn't keep their inventory in stock. You've got to check them out online and see Bill.
I was trading even for a vehicle and was assured that my credit wouldn't be run since nothing was being financed, that they needed my ss# for paperwork/title... information. I have since discovered that my credit was run 5 times (without my permission) which has drastically effected my credit negatively. I called the dealership to find out why I was lied to and for what reason this was done but I was told by Haseem the finance manager that they didn't run my credit. I asked him to explain to me why this was on my credit report if they didn't do it and he had no answer, all he kept saying is we didn't do it. There was someone there protesting the dealership when I was looking at the car and of course now I wish I would've just left.
Update on my experience. The salesman called us the next day. The first deal fell through and the truck was again available. I renegotiated a price and... bought the truck at better price than what was originally discussed. I am happy with this deal, although I would have preferred it to have taken place the first time we sat down to negotiate.
We were negotiating a deal and they sold the car to another while we were there. We were first to arrive at the dealership and the first to take it for... a test drive. I will NEVER SHOP THERE, AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. VERY POOR WORK ETHIC.

Great experience. Took longer than I anticipated, but that was my error. Every time I have brought my vehicle into this location for some service issue,... it has been a very appetitive experience.
Service rep did not respond when called. I was left uninformed as to what was happening to my truck and how long it would take. So I just sat and waited... getting madder and madder. Two days later it was my fault he could not reach me. No one else had no trouble reaching me at home.
