My husband and I recently visited Ford of Upland on a whim to see a Bronco 2-door and with the help of Miguel we left the dealership with it. The process was pretty easy and Miguel answered many questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and current rates and expectations for the sale. He was very honest during conversation and was friendly throughout the process. We finalized the sale with Ray, who was also very supportive and answered many questions along the way.
