had a very pleasant experience working with Guillermo at Infiniti Thousand Oaks. From start to finish, he was accommodating, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. He answered all my questions clearly, never rushed me, and made the process simple and stress-free. Most importantly, Guillermo helped me walk out winning with a great deal on my QX80. I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the service I received. It’s not just the quality of service that sets this

It’s not just the quality of service that sets this dealership apart; it’s the customer service, the personalized service. Each advisor holds true to that, but I want to single out Patti for, as usual, going above and beyond. In all phases— sales, leasing and service… there are dealerships closer to me, but I keep coming back to TO Infiniti because there is not a better run dealership.

Since the dealership took on Nissan as well, the service

Since the dealership took on Nissan as well, the service agent seem to be overly busy and not always being able to get back to the customer responses. Believe you need to have more service agents.
