    My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had gone to multiple dealerships prior... to this and were turned off immediately by the haggling followed by rude attitudes when we asked questions and once they realized we weren't intending to buy, but just look. Very unprofessional. That wasn't the case here. Randy was so great to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was very patient with all of our questions and/or concerns, he was knowledgable and informative when explaining things to us, and most importantly he was honest. I think that's hard to come by these days. Every employee that passed by us was extremely kind and asked if we needed help or if we were being helped already. Great customer service. We are definitely satisified customers and would highly recommend Billy Howell dealership!

    This is the second review about this vehicle purchase. I received a call from Dan Haywood about my initial review. He indicated that they wanted to help... out the situation and make some accommodations. I returned his call and explained my concern was that they would not honor the price on cars.com and that there were other issues with the deal. He said that they would be willing to provide us $500 to account for the issues He indicated that they might be able to offer more and that he could call in a day to two. I have not heard from him since and have left him multiple voice messages. The dealer did send us a check for $543 and let us know that they would not pay the sales taxes they collected and that we would be responsible for the taxes. I kept checking the review and finally saw a comment on the first review that indicated that I should reach out to Brenda Howell and she would respond to our concerns. I sent her an email and left several voice mail messages and received no response.

    Same Car been on the lot there for over 6 months because it's priced to high and dealer won't mark it down to a fair deal. They rather sell at auction... and take a loss there than give a customer a good deal. Another waste of time lets play games dealer you cannot trust.
