I had the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service that I have encountered in a long time with any car dealership. The staff was friendly, I did not have to wait... a very long and they knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely be a long time customer with this dealership.
Poor workmanship, unprofessional and poor customer service. Waste of time and money, no satisfaction. Payed for service that was not performed correctly... and no customer service to correct the situation. Factory will be involved for resolve, worst experience ever.

I am sure they are a great dealership but as for my experience I sent a request for pictures of a particular vehicle and my request was not fulfilled.... Not satisfied.
I went to Goodmark Chevrolet to look at a used car. Before I went, I really didn't think there was much of a chance I could make a deal on the car I was... interested in. However, Red was very accommodating. He gave me a great price and a good trade in value for my old car. He made me a offer I could not turn down. Thanks Red!
After spending over $2000 here on repair work in the past month, you would think you would be treated with honesty and respect and I got neither of those.... I had transmission work done and then two weeks later had to take it back for throttle body work. I inquired about my steering while I was at it and the guys found out there was a GMC special coverage warranty on having this fully replaced. The guys told me three different things would be covered under warranty as well as an alignment and went ahead with ordering the parts. A week and a half later I called to make sure the parts were in and dropped my car off Sunday night. I was told they would get to it first thing Monday morning and have my car ready to be picked up by the time I got off work Monday. Monday evening I called on my way to pick it up (over an hour away) and they suddenly didn't even have the parts in stock!! AND they weren't going to bother calling me to let me know it was going to be Tuesday before my car would be ready! As if that is not frustrating enough, on Tuesday Joey called me to discuss what they had done and let me know the alignment was being done "right now" and then it would be ready to be picked up. When I get there to pick up my car they didn't even do the alignment on my car that was supposed to be covered..and again, weren't going to mention it to me!!! Scott was disrespectful and rude in speaking to me, stating that "the alignment wasn't covered under the GM special coverage anymore" when it was a week and a half ago. Regardless, they could have let me know that it was not covered and NOT performed rather than lying and ignoring it completely. What if I would have been willing to pay to go ahead and have that done!? At 8 months pregnant I feel as though my business is of no importance to this service shop and was lied to and disrespected when confronting the staff. When I got in my car to leave I looked down and my hands were covered in black grease! They didn't even wipe the layer of grease off of my steering wheel when they were finished!!!! I will NOT be coming back and neither will any of the many family and friends that have used them in the past.

At Goodmark we are always treated like family. I am always greeted by name and made to fill at home from service to the sales department. I highly recommend... to everyone!
Service personnel are professional and courteous. They identify problems that we need to address in the future so that we may budget for it without being... pressured into fixing it immediately. They also go out of their way to fix recalls and immediate issues even when I have no appointment scheduled. They take the time to fix it and do it right without rushing me out the door for the next client or making me wait all day for the vehicle to be worked on. We have been using them for 3 years now.
I had some work done on my car the week of Thanksgiving and wanted to say a big thank you to Yonah Peppers in customer service for all your help through... out the time my car was there and with all your follow up work after I brought it home. Even calling several days after the initial call to be sure I was happy with my service and that everything was running okay. You are a great asset to Goodmark Chevrolet!
