Called Dealership made an appointment for a recall on my F150 and oil change. Dropped it off the night before, everyone was more interested in leaving... or eating cookies than taking care of me. Returned the next day to pick up my truck, they could not find paperwork, could not keys. Turned out the did no even work on my truck that day. I was shown the night before,the screen that said my truck was going to be work on at 7:30 AM, I guess they forgot. It is my feeling that they are the only Ford Dealer in town and can treat you any way they want. They seemed to enjoy that they wasted my time. I will always travel to Burgaw from now on.

6-22-17 7:45 scheduled service: oil change, new battery, order broken inside pass. door handle. After 2 hrs. truck not ready, battery not installed, service... Dept. had to take it back to install battery. I was told all 24 lug nuts were damaged/swollen and could not be removed. I had the tires rotated/balanced 5,000 miles ago at this dealership. Service Dept. will order them at $182.16(24 nuts) and will order door handle at $51.62. I scheduled a service appt. for 6-29-17 at 8:30 to have parts installed. Battery carry strap left on new battery, needs to be removed. 3 hours for service; not pleased at all. Will see what happens 6-29-17 Service App.

Found the used car I wanted on their web site. Called and said I would be in after work to buy the car with pre-approved financing. They told me the car... would be waiting for me. I talked to them several times that day and did the paperwork they requested online. I called to tell them I was on my way and they had sold the car. Did not even have the courtesy to call and tell me they were taking other offers.

great experience, everyone treated me like i was family, from my salesperson to sales manager, would not buy a car any where else.
After being told by a few 'locals' to never buy a vehicle in Wilmington, we searched the 'outskirts' but had no real luck finding a used truck in our price... range. By chance my wife saw a truck on line and inquired about it. That day we drove our trade in, took the truck for a drive and within a couple hours we drove our new used truck home. Ray, our salesman was stellar in informing us about the vehicle, what it had to offer and highlight how well it was taken care of. All intensive purposes, the truck was spotless inside and out for being 4 years old. From sales to finance the people involved made it an enjoyable stress free ( except for the payments part lol) experience. Our expectations for trade in were met, we are very happy with our purchase and no doubt will be back for us and our children when it is their turn. If you need a vehicle, do not believe the nay sayers, go see Ray or anyone else on the sales floor. You won't be disappointed.

Took my truck for body damage less then 2,000 om Monday july 18 Was called by capital ford told they took my truck apart but had to stop because a piece... of plastic was damaged. Capital ford left me a voice message on Friday telling me than a storm messed up their computers, Did not here from them until Wednesday when I called to find out about my truck. was told maybe Friday. I called Friday and told it would be ready about 5pm. it was ready No one walked out with me to look at my truck all they wanted their money I cannot find out why it took 2 weeks to get it fixed. But it was not completed. On the 14 of Aug I W went to hook up my camper to tow it. the plug that the trailer lights hook up to was not connected.
