    Sales staff was very disrespectful to me when negotiating telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Well another dealer nearby beat their price... and gave me a great process. I will never let anyone I know nor anyone I come into contact with buy a car from this dealer from their rude attitudes.

    Bought used truck. Traded patriot they gave me 4500 so i thought ..Vibrated bad. Even put new tires on it 560.00. Didnt help. Dealer cancelled contract... when i asked for my trade back i was then told i lost trade by bringing back truck. Said i had to pay taxes and dealer fees and etc. CRAZY!!! I gave them my patriot and they have it priced at 8000. Wow. The truck was only 12000 so that dont even add up if that was even the case. They owe me 4500. I would of nevet gave them my vehicle. So put me in 2018 escape. 2 wks later engine light came on.went to different dealership Had to replace motor.

    Went in to look at a new explorer I saw online and unfortunately they just sold it but they helped me find another one I loved even more!!! They were so... helpful and friendly.

    I purchased a used Ford edge in 2014. I was told it was a Ford program car and purchased from Ford. Jump to 2019 I am purchasing another 2019 Edge from... a different dealer. When they appraised my trade in I was told we could have given you 5000.00 more if your car had not been involved in serious sideswipe accident in 2013. They showed me the carfax. This car had been a rental car and had been in numerous states and wasn't purchased from Ford but from the GA Auto Auction. I was shown a clear carfax at Billy Cain. They completely lied about the car and I would never have purchased it if I had known it was a rental and in a serious accident.

    Stay away from this dump. Buy a bicycle. You'll get a better deal. They can't switch prices much on a ten speed. Go anywhere else , these people are a... blemish on fords good name.

    My car was smoking out of the tail pipes very badly and this was the closest dealership but I wish I had went to a different. They took my car for a week... and said to have replaced the broken parts and fixed the smoking but the next day I get in the car and it’s smoking worse. I can’t get to work without a vehicle so I ask them for a rental vehicle because my car is still under warranty. The gentleman says no one there can authorize one at the time so I’m stuck with no car after already giving them my car for a week. There is no accommodation and obviously have some problem with servicing vehicles go somewhere else if you need any sort of customer service please!!!

    We recently purchased a used truck from Billy Cain Ford in Commerce. I usually despise the car buying process with all of its high pressure tactics and... the feeling that you are being tricked. Pierce and Jason never once pressured us or made us feel like we were being tricked. They were friendly, helpful, honest, open and forthright with every step of the process and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership.

    It’s been WEEKS since I bought my car and I am STILL waiting for an owners manual. I have called many times-always speaking to a different person-and all... I’ve been told is “when we get another (car like yours) we get the owners manual and send it to you”. This is unacceptable. I spent a LOT of money for my car; they can at the very least buy me an owners manual!!
