Horrible customer service and management

I took my car here to get a key programmed nothing but a TPMS, Traction Control, and O2 censor light were on when I left my car with the dealership, I know this because I have a scanner that I bought when I purchased the car in April. When I picked my car up from the Service Department it is now showing multiple transmission codes, my speedometer no longer works, my airbag light, ABS light, and BRAKE light are on. I called Howard Efird to see if I could get any help from him instead of his very rude Service Manager Christina and other members in the service department. He informed me that I would have to pay for them to fix everything that his service department has messed up because he is not going to pay for it even though I simply said I want his employees to fix what they broke because I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake whenever everything was fine before they touched my car. His customer service himself was very poor as were his employees. They were nice when I was spending $359 for them to programmed and cut a key but now they’re being extremely crude because I have called them out on their mistake. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else rather than this dealership for any of your needs as I am not the only person who has had this issue according to other customers of theirs that I have talked with.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!

After my brand new car that was under manufacturer warranty being at the dealership about a dozen times for a factory warranty repair they did so much damage to my car that it is ruined! The owner and service manager are both rude and completely ignorant. Due to this specific dealership and experience that I am still dealing with over a year later I will never buy a Chrysler Dodge or Jeep again. Chrylser is worthless in helping to resolve issues and I am disgusted by the lack of care and customer service on all ends!

Awful Experience

Listen up people. Do not STOP at this dealership to purchase a vehicle. My daughter bought a jeep compass and we didn't know it until I did my own carfax report that it had been a rental car. Well it has been in for the climate control to be fixed,back up camera to be fixed,now the radio has to be fixed. I asked the owner Howard if the jeep could be replaced with another vehicle because of all these issues. Howard said let me be clear that ain't happening. So arrogant. So people listen up Don't stop at this dealership.

Wonderful dealership.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Christina, in the service department, is amazing and Mike, my technician, was so informative. Great staff and very kind to me while I was traveling.

Awesome

Bernard and everyone were really helpful tried to meet all my needs in what I was looking for and were very nice. My daughter bought a car the day before and recommended Effird.

Appreciate a significant repair done under warrant

The service advisor did an outstanding job on bringing the vehicle in. I very much appreciated her knowledge and customer service. However the pick up experience when the work was complete was lacking.

Great experience

Staff are very friendly and polite. I was treated respectfully and not talked down to like I have been at other dealerships in the past.

My recent visit

Great service, was glad they finished my car a lot sooner than they had planned. Only down side is while i was waiting for a ride day i dropped car off. Never had a salesman come to me as i kept going back to look at 2 different trucks.
