Metro Ford could not be better… Perfect
Service could not have been better when we purchased our new 0 miles Ford explore. The car was delivered in a day and it was perfect. We’re glad we went to Metro Ford Tupelo Mississippi. This is the second Ford explore we have bought from them.

Metro Ford is an absolute joke!!! Do not purchase from them. I purchased a vehicle in May of 2020, have had issues with it and service department has not fixed it yet! They claim they are fixing it but have not. My vehicle has been in there shop a total of 18 times and still not fixed almost 2 years later. I even contacted the gentleman over the Ford dealer in Tupelo and he wasn't concerned either. They keep giving me the run around. I've been without a vehicle several different times while they had it sit there only to not be fixed. It's disgusting how they have treated me. I would not recommend anyone go to them!!

This is by far the Best Dealership in Mississippi I
This is by far the Best Dealership in Mississippi I drive one hour each way just to get the Best deals and great service that Metro offers, I live within 15 miles of a Ford dealership but they don't offer the outstanding service that Metro Ford gives all their customers. My newest purchase was a custom order and the sales team sit down with me and made sure i understood the order and the total cost of my order during this time of shortages the cost was more than normal but they made sure i was aware of the additional cost
Terrible service department.
Several times we have tried to use the service department and service was terrible. The service technicians don’t know how to troubleshoot. They are arrogant and if they replace a part they will not verify it works after they replace it. They will kindly offer to charge you more money to diagnose the new part. 126 dollars for a blow fuse that should have been checked originally.

Read if you want to SAVE $5,000.00 - seriously, not a joke. This dealership is charging $5,000 over MSRP for the Mach E (maybe other models as well). Yes, the car market is a little volatile right now, but this is just greed and an example of how SOME dealers are fueling the frenzy. There are countless other dealers I ended up calling who are NOT charging above MSRP and have stated that their managers refuse to up-charge because they feel it is unfair and unethical. I almost fell for it and started to agree to pay over price, but I'm glad I called around first. Save yourself some money and just call a couple other local dealers who are not price gouging the public. Turns out MOST dealers are not over charging, it's only the few like this one that are trying to prey on the unknowing.

Read if you want to SAVE $5,000.00 - seriously, not a joke. This dealership is charging $5,000 over MSRP for the Mach E (maybe other models as well). Dissatisfied Customer
Used the Lincoln service where dealer picks up and deliver. I had normal service done which is to include washing my Lincoln. Metro Lincoln did not clean car. Called back to tell them and was told they were covered up. This was after we had scheduled service two days in advance. Offered to pick up the next day but that?s been a week ago, have not heard from them. Shows their lack of commitment for a satisfied customer.
