At the get go, we got a bill of sale to purchase a 2018 4 door Ford Fusion. Our Daughter only enjoyed for one week. Metro Ford states to bring car back after a week of harrassment to verify bank statements, issue was spouse has disability that recieves a paycard, they have a copy of award later, it was ok on tuesday now by friday after a week of harrassments, we are asked to bring car back. All bc of ss benefits is not on a monthly statement. Do not fall for capital one, and get pre approved for anyting. Bc they blame evething on capital one. We pay our bills, car payments, and asked to bring a car bk. Thanks for the harrassments, we will take our business somewhere else and report to bbb. To add, got another vehicle with no problem.

Took car back. Another car dealer recieved our business the minute we discussed returning car. Terrible experience, don't sale cars to other customers like Metro Ford No positive recommendations! That's my review.

Horrible experience.

Horrible response time. Advertise a vehicle that is long sold. Do not call upon inquiry. After they finally call they told me that the truck I had selected is actually black not white. After they sold the white one in house. Horrible experience. Stay away from this dealer.
