I had the best experience buying my Brand new Forester at Subaru Ventura, Dale Hicks was the best car sales person ever. I have bought 3 cars in my lifetime and the other times I purchased cars were always an ordeal! This was not. The entire time went very well. I felt very informed about all of the vehicles I test drove, when I made my choice of the car I wanted to buy things went smoothly. Dale showed me around the entire dealership so that I knew where to go for service, parts etc. I met everyone, which was nice. Very friendly staff. He even checked up on me a couple days later in case I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate that kind of service. They don't just sell you a car and send you on your way. Non stressful, non pushy. Im very grateful and will be sure that my son's next new car will be bought there and we will definitely be seeing Dale :)
