Comfortable, friendly and professional Every single staff member was friendly and helpful I bought a new cars from different dealerships during my long life and Kirby Subaru was the best experience. I love the idea that the dealership has a special guy that is dedicated to teach you how to navigate through the software of this great car.

The dealership made sure I understood how my car operated after the purchase. I even had a second delivery, where my questions on the operation of the car were answered and more information shared. My salesman, Jim Reed and JP were professional and very helpful. This makes the drive from Santa Barbara to the dealership worth while.

This is my second car experience working with Kirby Subaru and specifically Bob "Indy" Thacker. My most recent was with my lease of a 2024Subie Crosstrek. The people at this Subaru dealership make you feel like family. They listen to your needs and then deal with you open and honestly. Bob goes out of his way to help the customer and make the whole process smooth and professional. I also liked how he valued my loyalty. I recommend Kirby as a great dealership and Bob Thacker as wonderful salesman.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Robert leasing a new car for her and buying a new car for myself. We’ve dealt with many dealerships in Southern California, and this one is the best we’ve been to. It was worth the 60-90 minute drive from LA to deal with friendly, good-natured people and better prices. Robert made the whole process seamless and explained everything very well.
