Great customer service when I leased my 2024 CrossTrek

Great customer service when I leased my 2024 CrossTrek about a month ago. Nice for the follow-up Zoom to further explain all the technology (phone, radio, navigation, etc.)

I just bought a 2024 Solterra.

I just bought a 2024 Solterra. Prior to this purchase, I visited Kirby 3 times to look over the Solterra's. Each visit, I learned more and more about the vehicle. During this purchase, the experience was zero stress, zero pressure. Sales treated me like a good friend. Sales talked me through the sales process. They worked the pricing and numbers with me. I appreciate everything that they did for me today. This is my third Subaru from Kirby. They treat me very well. Today, I made several new friends.

I’ve been dealing with Kirby Subaru for over 10 years,

I’ve been dealing with Kirby Subaru for over 10 years, and just bought my fourth car from them. Never had a better experience from any previous agency I’ve dealt with, my salesman this time was absolutely outstanding, totally helpful and accessible in informing me and explaining everything I needed to know, and the sales management staff has always been flexible, responsive, and realistically agreeable.

We just bought a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited XT.

We just bought a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited XT. We had done our research and knew that we wanted the car. Bobby Campbell made the transaction amazingly easy, pretty much all over the phone and through texts. We didn't go back and forth with haggling, he offered us a reduced price right away. We did some minor negotiating over the phone, drove down the following Saturday and drove home in a new car. My husband and I were grateful for the no nonsense approach and highly recommend Bobby Campbell and Kirby Subaru of Ventura.

I was hesitant to shop at Kirby Subaru because of a less

I was hesitant to shop at Kirby Subaru because of a less than ideal experience I had at that dealership as a young woman about 10 years ago (overly pressured and talked down to—I decided to take my business elsewhere), but I was so glad that we ended up working with Bobby Campbell. He was down to earth, equally courteous/respectful to both me and my male partner, and worked to get us a great deal on the car we wanted. If you are in the market for a Subaru, head straight to Bobby!

Jim Read is the best!

Jim Read is the best! I bought a Subaru Crosstrek this week and he was sincerely friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like he was looking out for my best interest (not pushy at all). His down-home style of salesmanship put me at ease and I feel that he gave me the best deal possible. And, he has expressed that if I have any follow-up questions, that I shouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future. JP the Encore Delivery Specialist and Valarie the Finance Manager are both friendly and supportive too. Driving home, I couldn't be happier with my Crosstrek Sport. -My strong recommendation is if you are looking to purchase an excellent vehicle, and even if you need to drive a bit further to get there from LA or Santa Barbara, go to Kirby Subaru of Ventura and ask for Jim.
