I was hesitant to shop at Kirby Subaru because of a less than ideal experience I had at that dealership as a young woman about 10 years ago (overly pressured and talked down to—I decided to take my business elsewhere), but I was so glad that we ended up working with Bobby Campbell. He was down to earth, equally courteous/respectful to both me and my male partner, and worked to get us a great deal on the car we wanted. If you are in the market for a Subaru, head straight to Bobby!

Jim Read is the best!
Jim Read is the best! I bought a Subaru Crosstrek this week and he was sincerely friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like he was looking out for my best interest (not pushy at all). His down-home style of salesmanship put me at ease and I feel that he gave me the best deal possible. And, he has expressed that if I have any follow-up questions, that I shouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future. JP the Encore Delivery Specialist and Valarie the Finance Manager are both friendly and supportive too. Driving home, I couldn't be happier with my Crosstrek Sport. -My strong recommendation is if you are looking to purchase an excellent vehicle, and even if you need to drive a bit further to get there from LA or Santa Barbara, go to Kirby Subaru of Ventura and ask for Jim. Do your research on the price you want to pay for the vehicle, do not let the monthly payment be what defined your purchase. Bring a wingman. Always aim for $2,000.⁰⁰ under the sticker price, add an extended warranty your car should not fail we within the basic warranty. The salesman is just a middle man, the deal is done by the manager. Go early during the day, take your time and take a break, take the water that they offer you, take a lunch break and recharge. Stick with your guns or overpay for your car.

Ask for Bobby Campbell, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I will recommend Rick and Kirby Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I've heard horrible stories about dealerships and how
I've heard horrible stories about dealerships and how many years you spend in there going thru the purchace process but anyways took a chance and asked for Tim, my best friend recommended him to me and he was right!! Tim is such a cool spirited guy it was almost contagious it kimd of helped me with my anxiety level, told Tim what I was looking for, price range, he showed me a car, I fell in love with it and drove out of there with a brand new car!! Super easy cool team of guy's! Thanks Tim for all your help!

If he had pressured us I would have left and gone other elsewhere. He was a good sales person and a very nice person. A nice, knowledgeable and sales person. I would go to him again or send others to him

Great customer service! 1st time buyer and was treated like family. Ricky Arias answered the phone as I was only enquire about the 2025 Outback. After calling more than 5 dealers I felt deflated and defeated. Ricky made me feel as if he dropped everything to cater to my needs. I called about 5 other dealer around me and Kirby Subaru of Ventura was the first place to make me feel I was welcomed. There was no pressure at all during the sale. We sat in the car, he simple asked, “What do you think?” Then followed up by showing each and every feature that the 2025 Outback has to offer. Waited for financing and the same no pressure attitude. Adam Quinones talk to me like we were long time friends. Ricky Arias saw me after financing and told me that he was going to personally detail my car! I was shocked! That’s when I know I choose the right dealership for my purchase. Fantastic customer service and no pressure attitude makes Kirby Subaru of Ventura an absolute stand out in my book!
