This is our second time purchasing a Subaru Outback from Kirby Auto Group. There are a couple of reasons my wife and I returned to Kirby, First, we were currently involved in a severe accident with our Outback, and we walked away. The safety features/airbags worked as designed reducing our injuries, they were very minimal. We knew we wanted another Outback because of the safety features. Second, we worked with Robert Papandres and Valerie Hurt buying our last Outback and remembered it was a delightful experience. So, we reached out and saw Robert was still working at Kirby. Once again Robert and Val did not disappoint us. We talked with Robert on the phone about what we were looking for and the price range. We found something we might like, and he went to work and created a no pressure environment. Val made the financing seamless and made us feel amazingly comfortable about our purchase, explaining all the paperwork involved. Robert and Val were very professional and courteous toward us, a true asset to Kirby Auto Group. If it was not for Robert, we might have gone elsewhere since it is a 70-mile drive for us. I had the best experience at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. From going to look at the model I wanted, buying the model I chose, to the follow up of learning all that the car has and can do. Tim Miller was so easy to work with. Valerie in finance was very helpful. JP was great in explaining all the ins and outs of my Subaru Crosstrek Limited at the follow up appointment. On a scale of 1 to 10, Kirby is an 11 or 12!
